I really like the Honda E. I think it has a cool retro and futuristic look. Has the quality of tech and enjoyable room for events. Definitely a decent daily driver.

Honestly, I don’t like EV cars that much , but vehicles with electric powertrain is almost a tendency, so we need to accept it. So,if I’m not interested about Electric car, then why I love Honda e ??? There have some reasons that why I love Honda e. Firstly, Honda e has the NSX DNA. Like the door handles on Honda e it’s actually the same as the NSX,the other part is the roof railing is made of the same material that use on the doors of the NSX .secondly, Honda e is such an adorable looking car !!!! I feel happy when every time I seen it. thirdly, is the interior, the interior inside the Honda e looked like a concept car, is have big screens all over the interior, The screen have so many functions,another cool part is Honda e has digital side mirrors and rearview mirrors , it just looks so cool at all. lastly, It got 50/50 weight and The shortest turning circle that only has 4.3m. So the car can not only has Flexible control but also great balance. I know that people may to say Honda e it’s not good for long trip because of poor EV range, but I think Honda e is a excellent city use car, it has an outstanding looking,backup camera, Self-parking, and how easy to drive. So if you need the coolest City-Use car, get the Honda e, you will not be wrong !!!
@@TGE The issue though is the people that this car would be perfect for £30k is a lot of money, for going around town and to work and back who drive 30 odd miles a day, this type of person buy's Fiesta's etc for £15k-£20k cannot afford or will not pay £30k for small city/hatch back. It is like Jay Leno says, "for a new car to succeed, the technology has to better not equal than what already exists." The technology is better but it's twice the price, a car like the Honda E would be perfect for me for the driving I do and if it was the price of a equivalent petrol car I would buy one, but If I had £30k to spend on a new car I would buy a Mazda MX5 for the weekend and a Kia Picanto for general use.
I enjoy your videos Tom you always have a positive vibe on things and I think there is a place for this car for sure. I have to comment on Archie though, what’s with! He seemed uninterested and quite up himself I felt. If he didn’t want to be part of the video why bother. Spoilt what could have been an interesting vlog for me...

EV lesson learned today... EV batteries can be fed back into the energy cycle for factories, and homes once its life powering a car has come to an end. Repurposing EV batteries could create a closed-loop system for recycling. 👍

Cool car, reminds me of a retro Golf Mark 1. Also agree with your sentiments that if you only want a car to get you from A to B then its perfect, the EVs jusr don't have the soul of its combustion counterparts. 👍
There are 3 problems with Honda E, despite the japanese craftsmannship: a. short nose: collision issues in an accident b. ultra small trunk: not really suited for a shopping city car c. a perfectly executed Mazda MX30, with perfect layout / size for the same price
with those camera's on the car instead of mirrors if they get dirty snow rain you loose your cruise control and have to stop and clean them to get your cruise back. That's what happens on the merc truck's anyway
I really like the Honda e, I was thinking of getting one but due to the range I cannot. Reason being is my commute is 70 miles each way. Love the video , you need a bright colour, black is not the right colour for this car. Just saying.👍

My mum has just bought one of these. It's not totally vegan, I was slightly disappointed it has a leather steering wheel (and they offer leather seats as an option).
To be fair to Sadiq Khan it wasn't his decision to increase the congestion charge price and times. The Government forced it on him as part of the TFL bailout and then worked a masterclass to convince us to the blame falls on the mayor
It looks really cool. The dashboard screens look fantastic. The clarity of the screens appears to b crystal clear. And yes, the aquarium ‘screen saver’ is CHAOS. For a city car it has enough range. If it has good spec for the price, it should sell very well. 🚗 ⚡️
Love this car is very cool one of the coolest things to come out in the city of London any cool kids with money would should buy this instead of an Audi or a BMW just so they can stand out from the crowd. It's also quality made and based on the Honda Civic Mark 1 which is very cool and retro but slightly futuristic at the same time with it's cool interior. I know he is getting the pulse and I really do like that Porsche but at the end of the day they probably likely to let you out of a turn in the Honda than they are in the Porsche... Honda's make people happy especially the people that own them I've got a old Civic Type R and it puts a massive smile on my face. I saw a Honda e coming back on the A22 from Brands Hatch on Sunday and I was so excited I was gutted I couldn't get to see it properly... fenomen neighbours buy one of these I would actually be jealous which is funny because I never thought I would would be that obsessed with an electric car but I just think this thing is like the newest greatest mobile you could buy. By the way tapping the screen actually feed the fish and you can change the aspect of the tank again that's cool and you can also plug-in a console like Nintendo or anything via HDMI connection Port plus you've got the power outlet plug them in when how cool is that you would get to keep the kids entertained obviously I want to play it more anyway I'll let you charging. The Range is perfect for the city that's what it was designed for and Honda told us that , but they actually listen to their customers and will probably improve the range on the next version but as the first one this is excellent 🤣👍

Great banter in the beginning about the congestion charge. We have the same in Stockholm, Sweden and our prime minister said no to turn off the congestion charge during the corona pandemic...and they want us to not be near public transport! Crazy. I have been looking closely at the Honda E at an event earlier last year, it looks sick but the boot is very tiny.
I reckon the residuals on the Honda will be good. It’s got that retro vibe. Maybe similar to Jimny types of demand! Honda will probably do a better job of keeping up the supply tho
