J Martin I might be able to help you get yours running. I know all the basic steps except for what I just asked Steve on my message the cold start solenoid adjustment I'm sure I can figure it out but I'm hoping he could give me some info

At 4:00 in the video you say to screw the Fuel Cutoff Solenoid 10 turns from being completely out as a starting point but Wes Ingrams Website says to start 10 full turns from all the way in (Full Down) Do you have any idea what is the correct way?

Wes is the expert, but, I think he means when you start it in, then
turn 10 in after the threads catch. You wouldn’t want it bottomed out. Ten in is your adjustment starting point.
