I got one as a bday present, 2 screws are missing. And after installing (didn't come w/fender btw) I got an error code "error code 26 iot communication error"
Far as I could tell, this bike had never been opened before-hand. And I double checked the installation video w/the owner manual for guidance. Best guidance I could find ended up being a reddit post saying the controller either just needs to be disconnected and reconnected. Or outright replaced.
So.. should i call the company first to see if there's any issues with doing that?

I sent Freedare $1299 for the Saiga bike but have not received any notification for tracking or eta. I have emailed numerous times with no response even though they say will respond in two days. I’m asking for a status report. Do you have any contact information to get them to respond and deliver the bike I have paid them for. David Mitchell

Hi David, you requested to replace the black Saiga with a silver one, but our colleague in the warehouse accidentally sent out the black Saiga. We have canceled the shipment and will resend the silver Saiga to David today, will provide you with updated tracking information soon.
