@@alekseydrotenko3289 Islam doesn’t have a belt. He has an International Master of Sport in Sambo (basically a certificate). Khabib is not only a White Belt in BJJ, but he has a Black Belt in Judo and has International Master of Sport in Pankration, Judo, Sambo, and Army Hand to Hand Combat

It's funny because in jiu jitsu they don't have a grading system like karate, Tae Kwon do etc, and even belts are not glorified or sought after. My cousin trains BJJ and said you just striped on a white belt mostly and the instructor decides at his discretion when people get a high grade, there's no official grading lop

Most coaches award these based pn progression. I have NEVER met 1 BJJ black belt coach that isn't HIGHLY skilled and black belts don't usually just get handed out like Candy. Go roll w any black belt and tell me how that goes.
