Coach Javier Mendez is absolutely one of my favorite coaches in MMA. The Dagestani fighters call him the Real Mexican G. Haha they all have respect for each other.

Its not culture but religion : read the hadiths about the obligation of respecting elderly persons, but We r also supposed to respect rendez vous timing but no one is perfect except God WE make jihad to be better persons all the Time

Our culture ingrained by our religion, its have effect whether u agree or not, i have japanese friends who came to our place who amazed that we are so good with strays, never give that a thought until he mentioned it, when he ask why, after a long thought i said our prophet ask us to be good to animals.. we saw our parents do that and we followed

I think AKA has been the most successful mma gym ever. They had Cain, DC, khabib islam and rockhold all champs. Khabib and Dc both are in the top ten when it comes to greatest mma fighters ever.

My big Respect to Javier and big Bear DC. Because they work with Dagistani people with different cultures and religion. And both of them are loved and respected. They have won and earned it.
Javier Mendez, DC and a few other guys within mma have gotten close to these Dagestani fighters to the point where they've experienced the respect, discipline, honor and similar valued principles which they all exude because of being practicing Muslims ... For me as a born Muslim whos born an raised in nyc... Much respect for these guys to experience this and speak honestly and openly about the Islamic culture and way of life as they see it which has gone a good way to counteract the propoganda from all the bs terrorism an negative stuff incorrectly put on Islamic faith Alhumdulilah

I honestly have no idea who is coaching who at this point. khabib's dad said it was javier, javier says its khabib here but has said its many other people other places. khabib says it javier.

He says theres no disrespect ever but honestly if someone is gonna waste your time by changing plans last minute... Its pretty much the definition of disrespect. They arent respecting your time.

In monetary terms Khabib is Javier’s biggest client. He’s unofficially the boss like Javier said. At work, employees respect the boss’s time not the other way around. But since they have respect for their elders they called Javier the honorary boss. Javier is a real one for staying humble and realizing they’re just being respectful to him.
They gave him a day off and paid him for it. Thats the definition of respect.

Recent example is Islam Makhachev completely and absolutely not giving any credit of his championship victory to Xavier.
He credited everything to Khabib and late Abdulmanap, which they surely deserve. But Xavier has done a miracle with Islam's striking but he didn't thank him, didn't even mention him.
Their show of respect to Xavier is just for optics for their muslim fans and other fans in general.
