Did you know I run monthly women's circles online and in-person? Well if you don't you do now! Today I want to share with you my love and excitement for sacred circles. I believe every woman needs a women's circle even if she doesn't know it!

What if I don’t want to invite current best friend in my life to my circle that I lead? Love her but feel like there would be judgement and expectations.
It’s a good question. Rather than worrying about whether to invite your best friend, perhaps it’s an invitation for self-inquiry for example why do I care what my friend thinks? We can’t control others and what they think about us but we can control how we respond to their judgments. Maybe she would love your circle and gain a lot from it, you might be surprised ☺️

It can be your job. Your authentic truth is when you feel you are completely being truthful to who you are. When you are being the same you with others, as you are when you are alone. A lot of people in today’s world feel they can’t be their authentic self around others because they are afraid of judgment, rejection, exile.. all of this stems from a core wound around unworthiness
@@danimurnani u r right its hard bce we dont like to be judged,Can I share my situation with you? I am from Iraq and I cannot be my authentic self. The consequences are death, violence, or imprisonment by my family or even the government. The government will not protect me if they know that I have left Islam. What should I do? Do I have to be my authentic self regardless of the consequences? Or is it okay if I hide it and live a double life?
