No, Hufflepuff is the worst. The Rank like this: 1. Slythgerin 2. RavenClaw 3. Gryffindor 4. Hufflepuff. Hufflepuff just looks like a cheap hotel. RavenClaw isn't the best because it is a mess. The common room is nice, but just look at those stairs that goes down to the hideous bathroom. The things simply don't mesh well with each other and it feels as if the gamedevs were ina rush when designing it. Not as much of a rush as when they created the Boring Hufflepuff mind you... but still a rush. As for Hufflepuff... is simply feels flat and sterile. They should have added 3x as many plants and maybe some butterflies? and the ground should have gone up and down more bulging since it wouldhave given it nature feeling.
@@CobraKai63 The answer is no. I found the tower/roof that leads to ravenclaw dorm as a slytherin and the game would not let me demount on the roof. Im guessing you can only demount if you are a ravenclaw.
When I discovered that roof (as a Ravenclaw) and landed on it and realized what I was on top of. I was so excited!! Also Is it just me or does it seem like this game (no spoilers please!!) was originally written with a Female Ravenclaw in mind as the main protagonist. I’m guessing they always we’re planning to allow you to play in any house from the very initial idea. Though when they actually wrote the story, the side characters and their relationships, they probably wanted to define a bit of a main character for themselves as it’s very hard to write a story with your main protagonist not having any background or emotions, or possible character relationships and traits etc. Might just be me though idk.
Another small feature not many know about is that if you use your basic spell on any of the windows of the underwater room in the slytherin area, a massive tentacle will slap the window
I feel like its worth mentioning that the "restricted" sections of the common rooms are only restricted if you play as guy. The lore behind it is that the creators of the castle didnt want the boys sneaking into the girls rooms so the common room keeps them out of the girls area of the house. Its totally unfair that it doesnt work both ways but its still a little detail from the books im glad was included.
Yeah, I was thinking that too. I played as a Ravenclaw female student in my first playthrough and when I saw the guards in this video I thought "What? I don't remember those...?"
As a Ravenclaw boy, I'd love if the developers changed this for my house. I mean, having an open mind is one of the main Ravenclaw traits, so I think it would be logical that Rowena Ravenclaw just ignored the stereotypes and forbid both genders from bothering each other. I doubt it would have been too much extra work for her (or for any other founders).
Since our character (probably) comes from London, I think the vibe comparisons are best described like this: Gryffindor: Aristocratic London Slytherin: Gothic Victorian London Ravenclaw: Fantasy London Hufflepuff: Wales
Hufflepuff would have gotten first place if it looked cleaner. Cozy and clean?! Divine. Ravenclaw looks downright sterile in comparison.Lots of elegance and a modicum of charm. Rooftop access for parties. 🥳🎉
As a member of Ravenclaw myself, I can say without a doubt that I was STUNNED by how fancy my common room was. I loved it and am proud to be a Ravenclaw.
Y'know, I was really set on choosing Ravenclaw because that was always the house I imagined I'd be in when I was growing up, but I gotta say, the Slytherin common room won me over. It's got an incredibly on-point thematic design. The lounge with those windows showing how the entire dorm is built underwater is such a vibe.
Yeah slytherin should be on top because of that Gothic scholar ambiance. Ravenclaw feels more French “sun king” kind or maybe the idea of the big renaissance sculptures
I also agree ravenclaw is the best, but my problem with it is that one of its lore features is that it has the best views to several areas of hogwarts, but here all the windows are opaque and you can't see through any of them :( it's infuriating.
Yeah, it's the reason I think I'd rank Slytherin first, you can look out the aquarium window, which you cannot do in Ravenclaw, even though the books explicitly mention the stunning views. The piano is really cool.
As a Gryffindor I think what hurts the common room is that it's in the same style as pretty much the rest of the castle, which obviously makes sense because both are a part of the medieval theme. Because of this though, it can make the room seem boring or bland.
As a Ravenclaw, the Hufflepuff common room looks amazing with the wooden architecture, natural sunlight and greenery. The slide looks like a lot of fun!
To me (a fellow Ravenclaw), Hufflepuff was the closet CR that gave ours a run for its money. *Love* its cosy, cheerful, plant-based themes to it with fitted their house to a tee. Slytherin is also fine, but to me a bit damp and gothic, whilst Gryffindor looks *such* a yawn.
I'm a Slytherin myself, however i do admire the Ravenclaw room as it's bright and quite spacious. Still, can't beat the Slytherin snake entryway and secluded vibe 😎🐍💚
Slytherin is number one for me, love the underwater view and the water features in the house. Honestly it would make sleeping very peaceful for me. Would actually want to be sorted into slytherin if hogwarts actually existed
Gryffindor is like a giant narnia wardrobe 😆 it’s great! I’m guessing a lot of people are over it though because we were literally in it for like 6 movies lol
Hahah I had a hard time during my first few mins in that common room, Slytherin and Hufflepuff were neatly arranged. But Slytherin is too dark and too luxurious for my taste. Can't wait to experience Ravenclaw's soon!
The Slytherin common room does also have an interactable piano, and also has the squid of the lake when you cast a few basic spells on the window. Really nice touches but I still agree Ravenclaws looks the best.
One thing that I think is really cool about Ravenclaw house that a lot of people probably don't know is that you can fly to and land at the overlook above the common area of your rooms. There's a spiral staircase that you can unlock to find a kind of rooftop garden and you can use this spot as a take-off and landing point for direct access.
Although I love my gothic Slytherin common room where I know I'd feel the most comfortable in, Ravenclaw is definitely the most beautiful. It looks like it's always filled with fresh air that refreshes your brain everytime you breathe.
Hufflepuffs is the coolest. Warm lighting, plants hanging from the curved supports, the way some benches blend seamlessly into the environment by the flowing lines in the woodwork. Organic and natural, cozy and welcoming
I'd say Slytherin is deffiently #1 for me. The high ceilings and victorian style architecture really completes the look. (I also love it because it's by far the biggest commen room) My second would be Ravenclaw for obvious reasons, third Gryffindor, and least favorite would be Hufflepuff. It's deffiently cozy and does feel like I'm in the shire (I'm a huge LOTR fan), but it's quite small and not what I'm looking for in a commen room. It makes me feel almost claustraphoic with the constant crouching beneath doorways. I also don't like how plain the dormitories are. :)
Same i love the Slytherin common room, only thing is i wished there would be a little more vibrant green accents. It feels a little pale, except for the Dormitories.
Slytherin for me is a weird one because I think it looks the coolest and most impressive out of all of them, but it's not cozy at all. I think it's great to look at, but actually hanging out there everyday would get depressing lol.
I think Griffindor was held back because it was showed in the movies where they couldn’t do a lot of crazy stuff. So Griffindor is beholden to a decades old movie while the other houses could’ve been imagined however the dev team wanted.
To be honest, the Slytherin room looks exactly like it did in the second movie. I mean we only saw a little bit of it but I always imagined it looked something like this.
Slytherin feels like a high end hotel as you walk through in my opinion. Marble flooring echoes, the use of the cool water tones. In contrast, Gryffindor feels like a hall.
As a Slytherin, almost a Ravenclaw, i absolutely love Ravenclaw’s common room, but they all have a lovely sense of uniqueness that makes me want to visit them all :)
I would've switched Hufflepuff and Slytherin. I love Hufflepuff's hanging plants and sunlight with the rounded doorways and things. I love the aquarium situation that Slytherin has as well as the cascading water and all the other beautiful details in that common room, but it's too dark for me to do full time.
I'm surprised you put the Hufflepuff in 3rd. I'm in Ravenclaw but I like the Hufflepuff common room better. The Ravenclaw common room is stunning but it looks like a museum. The Hufflepuff gives is very cozy feeling. I love it so much that I'm rethinking my choice between Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, which isn't very loyal of me. Slytherin is my least favorite. It looks cool but the underwater thing gives me a depressing feeling.
*Me also!* Slytherin is fine, but to me, looks *too* damp, gothic, and a bit depressing! Especially compared to the comforting, welcoming, down-to-earth cheer of Hufflepuffs'. But again, if you are Slytherin, it will fit your taste. Still *cannot* believe that the boastful Gryffindor's CR can be *so* unbelievable boring!!!!!! Also, I *still* would rank Ravenclaw's top even if I wasn't one! I mean, how *stunning* can you get?
*Second for me!* Nearly beats Ravenclaw, but theirs is *just* too stunning, grand and atmospheric beyond words. 😍💕 It would *even* beat some five-star hotels! PS: I am a Ravenclaw, but am *not* showing bias. I *still* would have said the same if I was in a different house.
As a proud Ravenclaw, I absolutely agree with this list. One thing is that the dorm rooms that you referenced for Ravenclaw were the upper classman rooms, the regular students sleep in similar rooms, but with 2 bunk beds built into the wall. Also, that is an eagle not a raven at the door and it is blue not purple.
As a Ravenclaw I honestly agree with that being the best Common room but I'm shocked you put Hufflepuff as #3! Personally I had it as 1. Ravenclaw 2. Hufflepuff 3. Slytherin and 4. Gryffindor. I had the same complaints about Gryffindor it's just to bland for a fantasy game and the most "popular" house. But I loved the earthy feel of the Hufflepuff common room felt like it fit perfectly and I just barely had them over Slytherins gothic basement common room which still fits perfect I just liked Hufflepuff's better 🤷
To me, I think I'd place Ravenclaw and Slytherin as the top 2 because they are the most unique. Gryffindor was the first one JKR designed and it's kind of the generic "Dorm in a Castle". Hufflepuff is just a little too influenced by Tolkien's Hobbit Houses. Slytherin has a great edgy/shipwreck/aquarium vibe, and the Ravenclaw is like a mix between a classical library and a planetarium.
I don't think gryffindor is the most popular house... the most popular house gotta be slytherin because of so many people wanting to be the bad guy. Also, it's from all the movies so much change couldn't have been made in the game. hufflepuff on the other hand...
To me Gryffindor and Slytherin fight in the middle while Ravenclaw flies above the rest; Hufflepuff comes last. It sure is visually interesting and the common room is quite pleasant, but the dormitories feel extremely claustrophobic, like I'm inside a giant box; Slytherin's in the dungeons and still manages to avoid this problem somehow.
lol yeah I didn't get how he could mix up both, an eagle doesn't look like a raven at all. well in French for Ravenclaw we say Serdaigle (Eagleclaw) so maybe I'm biaised about it ^^
@@synkaan2167 Nah. You're right. An eagle and a raven definitely look different. Ravenclaw is a last lane though. Nothing to do with the house animal. So the french traduction in that one is pretty bad.
@@mikeliribaregana3703 Yeah I know but both can be connected, JK Rowling invented those Lastname for a reason, they are no Smith nor Jones... Slytherin is a lastname but it still comes from slyther which is related to snakes.
Personally, I'd judge common rooms not by how cozy they are, but by how many steps I'd need to climb to get to and from class. For this reason, I think Griffindor and Ravenclaw would be dead last.
i was thinking the same, like, my fellow gryffindors must be JACKED as hell, climbing the grand staircase every day? meanwhile my dearest hufflepuffs over here have the shortest staircase, are right next to the kitchen AND to make it even better, they got snacks in the middle of their already tiny staircase lmfao
there is secret passage behind paintings which could carry you in no time to Ravenclaw Gryffindor's doors based on the books traveling with floo powder seems to be the alternative way in this game
My husband is Slytherin and I'm Ravenclaw. When he saw my common room during my play through he was stunned and even asked if our dormitory was bigger which I'm not sure about. I love it because it has all my favorite colors in the blue, white, and gold spectrum.
I agree, I'm a Slytherin and my best friend is a Ravenclaw. And I think both houses aver very compatible and similar in many ways I thought Hufflepuff's common room is the best in the communal area, but the private quarters, where the dormitories are, Ravenclaw is absolutely perfect to me, everything about it is like my dream bedroom ! The giant window beside the bed, the curtains, and how big the room is
I’m a Ravenclaw with a lot of Slytherin friends. I wanted to be in that house, lol. both common rooms are my favorite! I love the celestial library from Beauty and the Beast look but also the dark mysterious gothic look and green
I'd definitely switch Slytherin and Hufflepuff. I've got enough doom and gloom in life, don't need a common room to have even more of those bad vibes. Honestly, I'm surprised there aren't any higher su1cide rates for Slytherin students. That common room is depressing af.
I like the huge underwater windows on Slytherin common rooms, the classic medieval style of Gryffindor, the Hobbit style on the Hufflepuff one, but i'm proud of being a Ravenclaw, so yes, we got the best c:
Plus, Ravenclaw common room leads up to a higher terrace on the roof where you can see the entire school and surrounding landscape. With the styles of bed and security at the stairs, I think Ravenclaw is the most unique out of the entire 4 houses. Also, common mistake, Ravenclaw's animal is an Eagle, not a Raven
@lil trol This always bothered me, too, but it's true... Despite bein Ravenclaw, the name of it's founder, she chose an eagle as the mascot for some reason.
As a hufflepuff I could not be more overjoyed when I saw my common room and it looked exactly like a hobbit hole. Literally could not describe anything I would want more.
Hufflepuff: luxuriously cozy, verdant, soft eye pleasing gold and green. Oozes of well-being and relaxation, and good health. The intricate wood work is on par with Ravenclaw’s stone work, but feels like a garden rather than a church. Gryffindor: warm reds and gold, cozy with a hint of regal, but everything has a slapped together lived-in look designed to put you at ease. The familiarity does take some shine off the apple, but objectively it’s stunning. Ravenclaw: dazzling beauty, yet sterile, regal, and aloof like a cathedral or a Vatican library. Lots of sharp edges and cold stone work. Pale blue and white like the distant stars or a snowy mountaintop. Slytherin: posh but crypt like, dank, looks like it smells like a fish tank or embalming fluid. Nice view of the fish. The students are the biggest attraction here, not what one might expect from the movies.
Fun facts: -Ravenclaw Tower overlooks the Black Lake, the Forbidden Forest, and even the Mountains that surround Hogwarts. -Ravenclaw Tower has it's own library!!!
I noticed that while Hufflepuff and Gryffindor have secret rooms while the other two don’t, Slytherin and Ravenclaw have unique features as well. If you hit the glass of the Slytherin Common Room, the Giant Squid will smack the glass with it’s tentacle. In Ravenclaw, they have their own balcony where you can use to fly on a broomstick
Ravenclaw's is hands down the best one. I already was interested in them because my favourite character is Luna and the things they value fit me perfectly. I have a great love for stars, astronomy and the night sky so when I saw the common room I immediately fell in love and knew it was a no brainer. Happy to see the Ravenclaw love.
our common room is the closest to Astronomy class so we don't need to climb so many stairs to attend the class and we can do stargazing all night since the second floor ceiling is magically matched with the starry night sky outside
Luna from the movies or the real Luna from the books? Because as another UA-camr pointed out in one of her shorts, Luna was far more unhinged in the books than the films portray.
Interesting, I’d rank them almost exactly the opposite. I think Ravenclaw lacks the coziness that’s critical to a good common room. For me, #1 has to be Hufflepuff, with its flowing lines, woodwork and greenery, all strongly reminiscent of the architecture of both the Hobbits and Elves of Lord of the Rings. #2 for me is Gryffindor, partly for the nostalgia, but also because it really feels like part of the castle, and has a warm and welcoming feel #3 I’d say Slytherin, purely because it’s very interesting, and the doorway is by far the coolest. #4 is Ravenclaw. It just feels so sterile to me, though it is definitely beautiful. I wish it balanced the cold lighting with warmer colors, focusing more on the bronze than the blue.
Bro you are wrong about griffondor. Its perfect and has exactly the vibe of brave and heroic place as it should be. About the door they did it exactly as it is in the movie and its still perfect... The truth is that all of 4 common rooms are unique and beautiful with their own way so you cant actually rank them.. its about taste of each person after all
Makes sense that Ravenclaw's common room is number one. It is supposed to be the most beautiful and majestic according to lore. Or at least that's how it seems from the descriptions. No surprises there. What did take me by surprise was the Slytherin common room, especially the underwater part. I was not expecting it to be so cool. I don't think it is anywhere near as cool in its descriptions. Good on them for adding elements to it and making it a real consideration while choosing houses. I should say, at this point, that the Hufflepuff common room is very beautiful as well. Kind of gets overshadowed by the above two, but it doesn't deserve to be. Very cozy, extremely cozy in fact, and you just gotta love the lush greenery; plants make anything several times better. On a side note, it would be really funny if they add assets suggesting that the Hufflepuffs are huffing and puffing on interesting plant specimens in their free time. I was mostly sure I'd play Ravenclaw even before most details were revealed about the game but have to admit the choice has gotten harder.
My ranking would be exactly the other way around. 1) Gryffindor because it's the coziest. 2) Hufflepuff because I enjoy the plants and the beer keg aesthetic. 3) Slytherin because it feels mysterious yet still cozy with the underwater aesthetic. 4) Ravenclaw because, although I like the astronomy-themed ceiling and wallpapers as well as the witch statue and multitude of instruments, it feels much too sterile and a bit empty. Also, Ravenclaw's bathtubs look nasty! What are you guys doing in there?
4. As a Ravenclaw I actually hated the Ravenclaw common room. It's too big, and feels drafty and cold. I suppose it makes sense, with the crest being a bird, and having air as the House's associated element, but it's just too much pointless walking, in my opinion. Yes, it looks nice with all the books and bright windows offering a lovely view of the castle, and the backdoor is cool, but whatever. 3. Hufflepuff. Don't get me wrong, I like how cozy it is, with all the plants and nooks, and stuff, but I don't care for the hobbit aesthetic. 2. Slytherin. Honestly, it's cool as all heck, I love how moody and gothic it is, but my pet peeve is with those underwater windows. I know there's magic preventing them from breaking, but it would still freak me out if I got there in real life. 1. Gryffindor. As tired as I am of Gryffindor, it's actually a pretty nice common room. My biggest gripe is that it feels a bit too small. And I have to disagree about being totally uninspired. Being hidden being a living portrait is actually pretty cool.
I personally would rank it as such: #1 Ravenclaw #2 Hufflepuff #3 Slytherin #4 Gryffindor Ravenclaw topped my list for all the reasons already mentioned, & plus i like the skies, stars & blue. the luxurious feeling actually is a minus in my book as i like things that look less grand instead, but it still ranked 1st. Hufflepuff came a VERY close 2nd. cozier than i'd imagine & for all the reasons mentioned as well, only getting knocked to second because of its low ceilings in most places (which has a penchant for making a place look smaller than it should). would have ended up in a tie with Ravenclaw otherwise. Slytherin ranked 3rd just because the first 2 feel better in my book. i love the Victorian London-styled architecture & the water around & the coldness in it. would see myself spending a lotta time in the place, even though it does tend to give me the creeps in certain places. & then, there's Gryffindor, ranking WAAYYYYY below the others. fancy & cozy as it seems as a dormitory for students, it's just stone castle walls lined with a lotta red &... stuff. the whole place looks so bland & drab in comparison to the others, so lacking in character, that it almost appears boring. i personally don't have a very particular affinity for any of the houses & have actually been sorted in all 4 in tests throughout the years, i may just avoid getting sorted into Gryffindor altogether, just to avoid having to stay in a dorm like that in a fantasy game.
To me, *where* is their "fire" element? All the other houses in their common rooms have theirs (Hufflepuff-earth, Ravenclaw-air, Slytherin-water). It would make *far more sense* if Gryffindor's CR was located nearer the kitchens and Hufflepuff moved nearer the garden/grounds.
the dormitories are the same, however, every house has 2 dormitories that are different from all the others, separated from them, which are where the prefects sleep (one for girls and other for boys). So the ones that have the beds into the wall on the top floor are the prefect's rooms.
I'm a ravenclaw, but I ended up switching to a slytherin character and couldn't be happier. I find the slytherin common room surprisingly cozy with the underwater vibe. It's hard to explain, as I know warm light is usually associated with a place being cozy. Idk hufflepuff is too yellow, and ravenclaw is too bright and pristine.
I think it's because it has a lot of green, vine and forest themed wallpaper and water elements, its like the physical embodiment of one of those rain sound machines. Just cast a spell that makes the sound of chirping crickets or birds and it feels like you're in a relaxing forest by a brook. Sit at the base of the staircase leading out of Slytherin with a good book. Heaven.
I agree. It just oozes grandiosity, and mystery. All those statues and tapestries as you walk down the winding stair, with the waterfall beside you. And that aquarium look out room is awesome. Disappointed you cannot look out the windows of the Hufflepuff Room or actually see out of the Lunascope.
I've played as a Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and now Gryffindor. I'd say Ravenclaw wins hands down. I think I'd change your rank to put Gryffindor above Hufflepuff and put Slytherin last personally. As cool as the underwater thing is like an Aquarium it just looks too depressing, but still cool overall
I 100% agree. I wasn't overly excited for Ravenclaw (my house) when I saw the first clips revealed way back. But after seeing it in gameplay, I think it has to be the best design. At least to me personally. Also, the fact that it has a bathroom too! Has anyone found a bathroom in the other houses yet? I can't wait to get this game! Thanks for sharing.
They all do. Though the ‘claw ones are right there with the dorms. I mean they had to put in the Slytherin bathrooms at least ;) for a certain special chamber.
I'm a ravenclaw to the bone. So glad my common room is as stunning as it is. I agree tho, that none of them are bad, they are all in rein their own way. But ravenclaw is just *chefs kiss*
There's a piano in Slytherin too. Raven would have been my choice if i hadn't heard that you don't really get any side quests and such out of it (plus i wanted to be a villain as much as possible and i imagine Slytherin would allow for that with it's power lust?) It's a shame huffle gets to go to Azkaban too because that sounds like a cool quest. I'm not sure how big this game is supposed to be but I'm not too sure I'd care to do 4 playthroughs lol
Hufflepuff looks so amazing! So much natural light & nature. I’m obsessed with plants and the art nouveau style of all the windows and glass work is amazing. Ravenclaw is a close second.
Proud Slytherin and LOVE the common room but have always been partial to and hugely admire & respect Ravenclaw. Would've been fine with either house in the game but Ravenclaw by far has the best design.
Been watching you guys since the battlefront 2015 days. It's been hard to keep track with so many different games being covered, but I'm really enjoying your Hogwarts videos, and it's good to see that the channel is still thriving. Hope y'all are having just as much fun with the channel as yall were back in the day.
I'm a Gryffindor, but I liked the Slytherin common room best. What sold it for me was the underwater windows and the metal walkways with art nouveau style stained glass. Hufflepuff I would rank as number two, because you just can't beat cozy green house vibes with a touch of Hobbiton. I'd rank Ravenclaw third, just because even though it's beautiful, it feels a bit sterile in comparison (personal tastes, I'm more of a maximalist). I think I agree with your assessment of Gryffindor, but I also think there wasn't really too much the designers could have done too make it stand out while also being recognizable as Gryffindor. If you read the books or watched the movies, you would already be well acquainted with that common room, whereas the others get to be more of an exciting surprise.
To me, their entrance should have been by the kitchen (would suit their fire element) whilst Hufflepuff moved next to the grounds (their earth element).
I was stunned when hufflepuff was ranked third. I think that room is magical. I’m a ravenclaw and rank mine third though. My ranking? 1. Hufflepuff 2. Slytherin 3. Ravenclaw 4. Gryffindor
I got sorted into Ravenclaw (always been a Ravenclaw in every quiz I took in the past) and I think Ravenclaw's CR is the worst, not because it is ugly or anything while it is the most impressive the feel is a bit too modern, looks like Edwardian to Art Deco era, feels like I'm on board of Titanic, while I always associate Hogwarts with medieval era aesthetic so Gryffindoor is the best for me.
This is some decent commentary. I loved it. The details of the common rooms are so impressively overwhelming it's hard to describe them adequately. So, hats off to you for a good job, my friend. 👏👍 Ironic as it is, I have to admit Ravenclaw's common room looks the most luxurious despite being the house I'd least likely join. And although Hufflepuff's values appeal to me personally, I feel like their common room could take some getting used to if you're not a plant person or one of those gardening types.😅
Proud Ravenclaw here. But that Hufflepuff common room is gorgeous. Big fan of that circular architecture and organic designs. The plants are amazing. Next playthrough is definitely Hufflepuff. Any lore friendly Hufflepuff witch names any of you can give me?
*All so close!* We still *just about* nabs it for its' sheer splendour/atmosphere/design. It looks *actually* better than 5-star inner-London hotel. Again, *no bias!* I would still have said the same if I was in any other Hogwarts house.
As a Ravenclaw by and by, I have to say my ratings are as follows 4. Gryffindor (Too much clutter) 3. Hufflepuff (Too empty sometimes) 2. Ravenclaw (Kind of closed floor plan but otherwise beautiful) 1. Slytherin (Dark, Brooding, Cozy, Relaxing, and damn stunning)
I really love Hufflepuff's common room for the warm lighting and nature-y feel. The curved wood and texture details are also lovely. I immediately thought of the Hobbit Houses as well so you are not alone there. However, I do really like Ravenclaw as well. I am Hufflepuff though so I may be bias lol
Ravenclaw´s common room feels like you´re ´bout to enter into Olympus or smt like that with all that sunlight through the windows shining everywere and that Rowena´s statue that feels like a tribute to Athena, its gorgeous, elegant, expensive. We ravenclaws are privilege for having such a great space to spend in our free time and studies
For me, survival common room is Hufflepuff because of the plants and also source of foods and I don’t care if is too ordinary looking common room but it gives you life and fresh air.
Its personal preference of course, but to me the red color scheme of the Griffyndor common room is way more cozy than the yellow color scheme of Hufflepuff.
You make a good case for Ravenclaw's common house, but I'm more of a snake-reveals-an-invisible-door, underwater-view, room-full-of-animal-skeletons kind of guy.
I'm a Ravenclaw and the only ranking I agree with is Gryffindor in fourth. Here is my ranking: 1. Overall, I think Slytherin in the most unique common room in terms of vibe and architecture. Almost every aspect of Slytherin's common room feels special and full of fantasy - the entrance, the waterways, the underwater setting, the high ceilings and openness which make it feel like the biggest common room. While the other common rooms feel warm and/or bright, Slytherin feels cold and dark. I haven't advanced much into the game, but I hope there is a quest that will take me inside. 2. Hufflepuff's architecture is probably the most unique overall, so I'm putting it in second. I think the earth theme has been wonderfully executed, and, like OP has said, it's so cozy, just like it's residents. The hanging gardens are a particularly beautiful design feature. 3. Ravenclaw for me comes in third. I agree with OP that the sleeping chambers are the most unique, and as many have mentioned, Ravenclaw's rooftop is an additional feature that distinguishes it from all the rest. However, the rooftop doesn't feel really feel like part of the common room since you have to climb up to it and pass through a door to get there. Moreover, while the common room is beautiful, its vibe and architecture are very similar to the astronomy tower. The entrance way is also pretty dull, having had its unique feature removed: riddles. I would have liked to have seen riddles implemented at the doorway and players allowed to skip them using the Floo Network after the first time entering. In terms of vibe, I would have loved to see the common room full of night owls studying or practicing spells into the wee hours since we Ravenclaw march to the beats of our drums. Using the air element within the common room instead of astronomy theme, such as with balconies or elevating objects, maybe with wind to prevent students from entering the restricted dormitory, would have made the experience feel more uniquely thematic for me. 4. Gryffindor comes in fourth as the least unique common room. As someone stated in the comments, it's really that it feels like it could be any other area in the castle. Fire is underused like Air was in Ravenclaw, and there are no unique features like the underwater setting, the hanging garden, or the rooftop.
*SPOT ON ABOUT GRYFFINDOR'S* If anything, have it's entrance by the kitchens to fit their fire element. And have Hufflepuff moved next to the grounds (earth).
I agree with your rankings. A couple things you missed: Ravenclaw has a tower balcony that unlocks fairly early in the game (once you learn Alohomora, the unlocking spell), which makes it even cooler. Slytherin Common Room also has a piano you can play. The murals also look really cool and I've heard you can explore around the waterfall. Gryffindor has a Gramophone you can play Gryffindor has the most school spirit: house colours everywhere, but they are the only house that also displays Hogwarts banners. No other houses have any banners for the school itself. Boys get a bad rap in Hufflepuff. No access to the top floor lookout. All of the other Common Rooms have dorms on one side or the other, so one side is blocked to the boys, but in Hufflepuff only the girls have access to the upper floor, with the little nooks and outlook. There is a secret compartment behind one of the bookshelves. Apparently Hufflepuff also gets the best house specific side quest.
Just a side note and also a fun fact: those ravens in ravenclaw and their house animal symbol on their robes isn’t actually a raven. It’s an eagle. How weird is that?
So the houses reflects on the animals theme they based off like griffondor roams on the surface ,hufflepuff burrows underground, slytherin coils in a dark cave and ravenclaw roost in the sky. honetsly nice touch for the game.
Ravenclaw and Gryffindor are my top 2 for sure. Slytherin is an easy last place; the visuals of it are very interesting and unique, but I agree with some commenting that it’s the opposite of cozy. I’d feel trapped as if I was living in a submarine, and it looks like it smells of mildew. I’d get depressed with the lack of sunlight. Hufflepuff is really cool for the hobbit-like themes in the wood, plants, and circular doors, but it loses points to me cause despite the coziness those things offer, it has very sparse and uncomfortable-looking furniture. And there’s no real obvious comfortable looking spot that I’d look forward to being in after class. A little too open for me. Ravenclaw is the coolest to me because of its colors, astronomy themes, refined look, and lighting. It actually seems like an environment that would make me want to learn. But still, not a place I’d necessarily want to call home. It’s too clean, a little too refined, and not warm enough. Gryffindor takes it for me. It’s the definition of cozy in my mind, and it’s somewhere I’d definitely look forward to being after classes and in spare time. It’s warm and inviting, rather than having that very open and cold, stoney look that each of the other 3 have somewhat (especially Slytherin). It looks like it smells of books, wood, carpet and fire in the hearth. The lighting is great, it’s high up with a view (in theory), and I love the colors.
Im a proud Slytherin but I’ll admit that i only rank it 3rd, Ravenclaw 2nd and Hufflepuff 1st. I love hufflepuffs cozy wooden ornate hobbit feel with all the plants and fireplaces and I love the feeling of being in the sky along with the regal colors of Ravenclaws. I like the dark gothic Slytherin feel but its almost too dark. Most Slytherins arent angry, brooding soon to be dark lords and the common room does not reflect that
At first I didn’t like that the Ravenclaw house entrance is the only one that’s not hidden. But seeing the cool gold Ravenclaw open up to the bigger and even cooler wall statue is pretty amazing.
Very interesting decision… 4 Ravenclaw 3 Gryffindor 2 Hufflepuff 1 Slytherin I did not expect for the most basic common room to be ranked #1, but to each their own… by the way, my house is Ravenclaw.
Well, if anything, Gryffindor's palace *must* be the most boring!!!!!!!!! If anything, *where* are either the necessary element of fire, or any kind of traits or atmosphere that Gryffindor is known for (chivalry, daring, boldness)? *Not on display at all!* Nothing like a knight/jock/army theme around there. Could be any huge room in some castle/mansion even, just coloured red and *that is it!* All the other three houses *screamed* theirs! If anything, Hufflepuff did a *real* one over Gryffindor by taking their entrance near the kitchens instead of the grounds. Really where Gryffindor *should* have been to get their element going.
1. Slytherin (just stunning and mysterious with the watertheme and all, i was very impressed ) 2. Hufflepuff (feels like LOTR the Shire❤️) 3. Gryffindor (cozy but we have seen it too many times) 4. Ravenclaw (it’s not cozy, it’s more like a modern library with lots of Windows without the amazing view) Funny all the different opinions
Okay, Ravenclaw here: Why is it first? Yeah yeah, rooftop access, blah-de-blah, but that's ALL. The stairways to the dorms are so bland, and the entrance leaves a lot to be desired. Hufflepuff gets cozy points for the common room and cool points for the entrance, and Slytherin just oozes cool points.
I’m hearing ravenclaw is the only house that doesn’t have a companion but a new character for that house has been confirmed? I can give an article just lmk
Hey. Um... The area you call "restricted area" is the girl's dormitory. In Harry Potter lore, boys are not allowed to enter the girl's dormitory, but girls can enter the boy's dormitory.
the rankings are ok but the reasoning is so wrong for some of these. "uniqueness" - All 4 of the entrances are equally unique, none of the others have a magical moving painting, you might want to brush up on the definition of unique. Its also true to the source material. "modern day college dorm at a nice university" - yeah no, no college dorms look like that lol. its not any less plain or standard than hufflepuffs.
For the friendliest House, only Hufflepuffs entrance will try to attack intruder with vinegar. I can already imagine the other life where Neville was sent to Hufflepufffs instead. “Salad Neville Longbottom”
Swany, You Silly Goose. There were two things you said Wrong: 1. That Is a Bronze Door Knocker, Shaped like an Eagle 🦅 . And 2. That Bigger Shaped Statue Is Also an Eagle 🦅, not a Raven.
Guys we are well aware that Ravenclaw has an Eagle and not a Raven.
We realized the mistake after the first 20 comments about it lol
this is the correct, the movie is the incorrect. the actual Ravenclaw is the Eagle
Heh, you see, people need to get the point across as much as possible, because it’s such a common mistake, that even the movies made it.
No, Hufflepuff is the worst. The Rank like this:
1. Slythgerin
2. RavenClaw
3. Gryffindor
@@ExodusCore There’s this thing that exists, called opinions. Have you ever heard of those before?
Thats literally why I picked Ravenclaw, plus I just like blue lol
Another thing he didn’t mention is the RavenClaw common room has roof access so you can fly right to your house
I haven't noticed that at all :D
If you are in another house can you unlock that door? I’m in ravenclaw but was curious if others can sneak in.
Wow that's awesome thanks for the tip!
Also
Is it just me or does it seem like this game (no spoilers please!!) was originally written with a Female Ravenclaw in mind as the main protagonist.
Also if you cast lumos at night fish will come up to the window
Trying this immediately thanks so much
@@universal_wisdom3416 all good mate, when it first happened to me, it was completely by accident. Scared the absolute shit out of me lmao
OMG awesome! I totally am going to try that next time I play.
how many times do you need to hit the window? i hit those things like 20 times each and nothing.
It was explained in the books that the founders trusted girls more. I don't really care the apparate mod solves this issue in all common rooms
As a Ravenclaw boy, I'd love if the developers changed this for my house. I mean, having an open mind is one of the main Ravenclaw traits, so I think it would be logical that Rowena Ravenclaw just ignored the stereotypes and forbid both genders from bothering each other. I doubt it would have been too much extra work for her (or for any other founders).
but MALE PRIVILEGEEEEEEE
@@jimjohnson6944 But what if I identify as a girl! 😒
Since our character (probably) comes from London, I think the vibe comparisons are best described like this:
Gryffindor: Aristocratic London
Slytherin: Gothic Victorian London
Ravenclaw: Fantasy London
Hufflepuff: Wales
So that’s what’s drawing me towards Hufflepuff
Wanted to go Ravenclaw but Hufflepuff being like Wales is a huge draw :(
Ravenclaw is like warhammer Bretonnia
That suits so well. Helga Hufflepuff was from Wales. haha
Same.
As am I!
same
😍💙🦅 With this, how could you *not* be proud?
Same! 😁
Ravenclaw common room is absolutely stunning, couldn’t imagine it not being at the top
Well it is at the top…you know in the sky
It's pretty, but... Really feels like a hotel setting and it gets boring real fast. Too sterile.
Yeah slytherin should be on top because of that Gothic scholar ambiance. Ravenclaw feels more French “sun king” kind or maybe the idea of the big renaissance sculptures
@@martijnvangammeren1868 I dunno, Slytherin looks just like Gryffindor in greyscale to me, with the obligatory skulls and skeletons here and there.
Im a proud Ravenclaw, but i really love the hanging garden and all the greenery in Hufflepuff. Wow!
Im the opposite!! Proud Hufflepoof but I love the cozy beautiful reading vibes of Ravenclaw!
@@winter359 same, such a hard choice hahaha
For hufflepuff, my big thing is the circular doors, because I'm a big lotr fan and a hobbit hole is my dream home.
@Thegreekgod Hufflepoof has the least amount of quests sadly 😭
We Ravenclaw should stick together. I can spend my studying time all day in our common room. Imagine the great view of mountains while studying.
I also agree ravenclaw is the best, but my problem with it is that one of its lore features is that it has the best views to several areas of hogwarts, but here all the windows are opaque and you can't see through any of them :( it's infuriating.
I think that has to do with how complex it would be to load all the details dynamically.
you can go out on the balcony and see from there!!
It has its own upper balcony and observatory
Yeah, it's the reason I think I'd rank Slytherin first, you can look out the aquarium window, which you cannot do in Ravenclaw, even though the books explicitly mention the stunning views. The piano is really cool.
@@sane7527 Can you actually see from the balcony? And don't you need to progress to a much later stage of the game before you can get there?
As a Gryffindor I think what hurts the common room is that it's in the same style as pretty much the rest of the castle, which obviously makes sense because both are a part of the medieval theme. Because of this though, it can make the room seem boring or bland.
Plus I think a good chunk of the fan base is tired of Gryffindor at this point so I think it suffers from that.
I agree! But, look at the houses at Christmas. Gryffindor is by far my favorite.
*Should* have been located by the kitchens with Hufflepuff moved nearer the grounds.
I love the water theme personally ❤
Slytherin is number one for me, love the underwater view and the water features in the house. Honestly it would make sleeping very peaceful for me. Would actually want to be sorted into slytherin if hogwarts actually existed
Needs more color, though. Just a bit more green and contrast in the decor. It looks utterly abandoned, faded, and dusty, which disappointed me.
Heh, I'd like to see renderings of Ilvermorny since I'm an American.
I imagined the stoney interior felt very cold during winter
@@ANPC-pi9vu I Agree on the more color part. It deffo needs more emerald green.
The music is beautiful and calm as well 💚
Gryffindor is like a giant narnia wardrobe 😆 it’s great! I’m guessing a lot of people are over it though because we were literally in it for like 6 movies lol
I'm honestly so torn between the Gryffindor and Slytherin common rooms purely for aesthetic reasons.
Don't forget all those games. I still have all my old HP games :D
I think this is why he thought it looked boring, which is unfortunate. It's just more familiar from the movies.
Gryffindor home is really comfy in my opinion
How do you unlock the door
@@duchessravenwaves2834 iirc, you can unlock it with alohomora.
@@SpiffidyKeen thanks I sent this and then learnt the spell from the groundskeeper ☺️
Although I love my gothic Slytherin common room where I know I'd feel the most comfortable in, Ravenclaw is definitely the most beautiful. It looks like it's always filled with fresh air that refreshes your brain everytime you breathe.
Seems rather fitting given Ravenclaws adoration for knowledge
Hufflepuffs is the coolest. Warm lighting, plants hanging from the curved supports, the way some benches blend seamlessly into the environment by the flowing lines in the woodwork. Organic and natural, cozy and welcoming
I agree, I'm Ravenclaw and the only thing keeping us from last imo is gryfindor looks like the rest of hogwarts
Agreed and I'm slytherin
Oo it’s like living in a tree
First playtrough Ravenclaw and second slytherin.
The most important thing for us the puffs is plants
I think hufflepuffs common room is meant to resemble a badger hole
I agree with LOTR vibe in Hufflepuf's common room :)
My biggest let down with Ravenclaw is I can't look out the windows... I really wanted the view from inside
They look how they do in the books, they didn't just do whatever they wanted
Slytherin feels like a high end hotel as you walk through in my opinion. Marble flooring echoes, the use of the cool water tones. In contrast, Gryffindor feels like a hall.
I like hufflepuff the most. Those plants and the cozy rooms are exactly what I like most
As a Slytherin, almost a Ravenclaw, i absolutely love Ravenclaw’s common room, but they all have a lovely sense of uniqueness that makes me want to visit them all :)
Yeah I was kinda getting Bioshock vibes from Slytherin. It’s cool but also depressing
Which is funny. The sound of running water is actually what makes human feel at ease.
The fact that Hufflepuff was ranked #3 should be a crime! The coziness, whimsical architecture, and all the PLANTS in Hufflepuff is unparalleled.
Also, that is an eagle not a raven at the door and it is blue not purple.
bunk beds are cool, they make Ravenclaw got distinct difference from other house common rooms
This is such a Ravenclaw response, I love it lol
@@troyii435 which comment were you referring to?
@@atrudokht I agree, it does add a distinctive look to the rooms over the 4 poster beds in the other houses.
@@christinabishop2533 Your initial comment clarifying the representative color and bird as well as the dorm layouts, very Ravenclaw of you lol
Same as a Ravenclaw I'm a bit jealous because I think I like Hufflepuff's room better
I don't think gryffindor is the most popular house... the most popular house gotta be slytherin because of so many people wanting to be the bad guy. Also, it's from all the movies so much change couldn't have been made in the game. hufflepuff on the other hand...
You’re biased, Slytherin is definitely second. It’s more complex with intricate details.
@@everythingsfinett3903 how many I'm being biased? Very confused here lmao I wanted to be Slytherin
Too bad Raven claw has the least side quests 😂
@Stone Eis 🤣🤣 doing a good side play through with raven claw
@@stormblack203 That is not true. You can still do the companion quest, just the house quest is a bit boring. But that is not a big quest.
@@Scream2378 ah so the house quest changes in "size"

5:40 That's an eagle, not a raven. In the movies it was a raven, but in the books and the game it's an eagle.

Personally, I'd judge common rooms not by how cozy they are, but by how many steps I'd need to climb to get to and from class. For this reason, I think Griffindor and Ravenclaw would be dead last.
i was thinking the same, like, my fellow gryffindors must be JACKED as hell, climbing the grand staircase every day? meanwhile my dearest hufflepuffs over here have the shortest staircase, are right next to the kitchen AND to make it even better, they got snacks in the middle of their already tiny staircase lmfao
there is secret passage behind paintings which could carry you in no time to Ravenclaw Gryffindor's doors based on the books
traveling with floo powder seems to be the alternative way in this game
Well Slytherin and Hufflepuff would have to go a lot of distance going the other direction
And I think both houses aver very compatible and similar in many ways
I thought Hufflepuff's common room is the best in the communal area, but the private quarters, where the dormitories are, Ravenclaw is absolutely perfect to me, everything about it is like my dream bedroom !
Im slytherin & i 100% agree. Its uninviting af
honestly i'd rather live in a brooding dorm like slytherin's than in an absolute eyesore like gryffindor 💀
Not according to the movies.

My ranking.
1Ravenclaw Royalty
2Hufflepuff Cozy
3Gryffindor Home like and comfotable
4Slytherin Creepy and uncomfortable
Fun facts:
-Ravenclaw Tower overlooks the Black Lake, the Forbidden Forest, and even the Mountains that surround Hogwarts.
-Ravenclaw Tower has it's own library!!!
For me Hufflepuff is the best. It’s so cozy and looks like an overall nice place to hang around
Just *oh so* close to Ravenclaw's. PS: *Not* being bias. Even if I wasn't a Ravenclaw, I still would have said it was the best.
I love the floating watering cans watering the plants in hufflepuff
Ravenclaw's is hands down the best one. I already was interested in them because my favourite character is Luna and the things they value fit me perfectly. I have a great love for stars, astronomy and the night sky so when I saw the common room I immediately fell in love and knew it was a no brainer. Happy to see the Ravenclaw love.
our common room is the closest to Astronomy class so we don't need to climb so many stairs to attend the class
and we can do stargazing all night since the second floor ceiling is magically matched with the starry night sky outside
#2 for me is Gryffindor, partly for the nostalgia, but also because it really feels like part of the castle, and has a warm and welcoming feel
#3 I’d say Slytherin, purely because it’s very interesting, and the doorway is by far the coolest.
Im a huffelpuff myself in nature, but I would have to agree with you all the way. Your pretty much dead on from what I could tell.
I personally would rank it as such:
#1 Ravenclaw
#2 Hufflepuff
#3 Slytherin
#4 Gryffindor
Ravenclaw topped my list for all the reasons already mentioned, & plus i like the skies, stars & blue. the luxurious feeling actually is a minus in my book as i like things that look less grand instead, but it still ranked 1st.
I like gryffindors vibe it has a strong Arthurian quality to it. Makes it feel the most medieval in a way
It's interesting that the Witch and Wizard dorms actually look different; I'm Ravenclaw, and the witch dorms are bunk beds instead of all on the floor
Ravenclaw wizard here. We have that too. Only the bedrooms on the top floor have the beds built into the wall.
the dormitories are the same, however, every house has 2 dormitories that are different from all the others, separated from them, which are where the prefects sleep (one for girls and other for boys).
You're just getting acquainted with your inner goth. lol
Heaven.
Even as a Ravenclaw diehard, the Slytherin room is top tier with Ravenclaw right after
I agree. It just oozes grandiosity, and mystery. All those statues and tapestries as you walk down the winding stair, with the waterfall beside you. And that aquarium look out room is awesome. Disappointed you cannot look out the windows of the Hufflepuff Room or actually see out of the Lunascope.
From a fellow Ravenclaw, Slytherin's CR is good to me, but I personally find it *too* damp and gothic looking. I preferred Hufflepuff's over theirs.
@LTNetjak there’s the prefect bathroom, which a huge tub like a swimming pool and lots of bubbly taps!
Bank Back In 2014 When I Took The Test I Got Into Gryffindor But Now Somehow I Landed In Hufflepuff And Ravenclaw
I'm a ravenclaw to the bone. So glad my common room is as stunning as it is. I agree tho, that none of them are bad, they are all in rein their own way. But ravenclaw is just *chefs kiss*
💙🦅 Hufflepuff to me come a *very close* second!
😍🦡🦅 PS: From a proud Ravenclaw!
Shouts out battlefront 2015😂
Love the Hufflepuff Common Room. It’s so cozy and warm looking
I was stunned when hufflepuff was ranked third. I think that room is magical.
I’m a ravenclaw and rank mine third though.
My ranking?
1. Hufflepuff
2. Slytherin
3. Ravenclaw
4. Gryffindor
From me (Ravenclaw):
1. Ravenclaw
2. Hufflepuff
3. Slytherin
4. Gryffindor
PS: No bias included.
Ravenclaw here. Very appreciative of your assessment of my house’s dorm. 😊
😍💙🦅 PS: Hufflepuff comes a *close* second!
Got it for my birthday, loving every bit of it, I’m proud to be a slytherin and the dorm is probably my favorite but I do love ravenclaw’s too
I got sorted into Ravenclaw (always been a Ravenclaw in every quiz I took in the past) and I think Ravenclaw's CR is the worst, not because it is ugly or anything while it is the most impressive the feel is a bit too modern, looks like Edwardian to Art Deco era, feels like I'm on board of Titanic, while I always associate Hogwarts with medieval era aesthetic so Gryffindoor is the best for me.
This is some decent commentary. I loved it. The details of the common rooms are so impressively overwhelming it's hard to describe them adequately. So, hats off to you for a good job, my friend. 👏👍
Ironic as it is, I have to admit Ravenclaw's common room looks the most luxurious despite being the house I'd least likely join.
I think women and plants go together, that’s why women get flowers for Valentine’s Day and special events.
Ravenclaw was chosen for me and I was stoked when I explored around. It’s stunning. I love it! 👏👏
I am just glad that I can explore each house's common rooms.
You make a good case for Ravenclaw's common house, but I'm more of a snake-reveals-an-invisible-door, underwater-view, room-full-of-animal-skeletons kind of guy.
I'm a Ravenclaw and the only ranking I agree with is Gryffindor in fourth. Here is my ranking:
A couple things you missed:
Ravenclaw has a tower balcony that unlocks fairly early in the game (once you learn Alohomora, the unlocking spell), which makes it even cooler.
Slytherin Common Room also has a piano you can play. The murals also look really cool and I've heard you can explore around the waterfall.
Gryffindor has a Gramophone you can play
Gryffindor has the most school spirit: house colours everywhere, but they are the only house that also displays Hogwarts banners.
As a plant admirer i love the plant and the grden detailing in huflepuff house
Just a side note and also a fun fact: those ravens in ravenclaw and their house animal symbol on their robes isn’t actually a raven. It’s an eagle. How weird is that?
because an eagle has ... raven (black) claws 😉
Yeah coz our Eagle killed a Raven and took it's claw for luck 😂😂😂
So the houses reflects on the animals theme they based off like griffondor roams on the surface ,hufflepuff burrows underground, slytherin coils in a dark cave and ravenclaw roost in the sky.
honetsly nice touch for the game.
I'm a proud Slytherin but the ravenclaw common room is absolutely gorgeous and regal
*Thank you so much!* 🦅💙🐍
There’s also a piano you can start playing in Slytherin’s as well
And there's a musical radio like thing u can play in Hufflepuff's
Very interesting decision…
4 Ravenclaw
3 Gryffindor
2 Hufflepuff
1 Slytherin
I did not expect for the most basic common room to be ranked #1, but to each their own… by the way, my house is Ravenclaw.
Agreed, I love the other three but Ravenclaw's was rather underwhelming, too sterile and empty.
*Exactly!* Everyone can have their own tastes and opinion.
Gryffindor: a palace
Ravenclaw: an observatory
Huffelpuff: a botanical garden
Slytherin: an aquarium
1. Slytherin (just stunning and mysterious with the watertheme and all, i was very impressed )
2. Hufflepuff (feels like LOTR the Shire❤️)
3. Gryffindor (cozy but we have seen it too many times)
4. Ravenclaw (it’s not cozy, it’s more like a modern library with lots of Windows without the amazing view)
Funny all the different opinions
Okay, Ravenclaw here: Why is it first? Yeah yeah, rooftop access, blah-de-blah, but that's ALL. The stairways to the dorms are so bland, and the entrance leaves a lot to be desired. Hufflepuff gets cozy points for the common room and cool points for the entrance, and Slytherin just oozes cool points.
i’m debating between ravenclaw and hufflepuff
also how much are the companions involved in the story? all houses have one companion right?
i’m certain they all have a companion yes, and i think you should choose ravenclaw first and maybe run it a second time with hufflepuff!
I’m hearing ravenclaw is the only house that doesn’t have a companion but a new character for that house has been confirmed? I can give an article just lmk
@@paigeanne1325 thru dlc or how are they getting a character
@@Luffy5445 maybe you can make more sense of this article! But from what I gathered maybe a patch could make that Thakkar character a companion maybe?
Hufflepuffs common room reminds me of bag end or just a hobbit whole in general from Lord Of The rings
Hey.
Same way Ron and possibly Lily Evans *should have!* Hermione and Harry should have *also* been Ravenclaw and Slytherin respectively.
Swany, You Silly Goose. There were two things you said Wrong:
1. That Is a Bronze Door Knocker, Shaped like an Eagle 🦅 .
And 2. That Bigger Shaped Statue Is Also an Eagle 🦅, not a Raven.
Personal rating; Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin
Ravenclaw is just a generic wizard tower imo
I didn't find anything special in Ravenclaw house either, looks generic to me.
