You bleach the bottoms. Strand test first to see how far it lifts if your hairs damaged use a 20 or 30 volume of developer for the bleach if your hairs Not as damage and looks healthy Put 40 developer into the bleach its the highest level of developer . rinse with cold water. if it lifted to where you want it to be add the color you want(:
