You have to think, you have the ones on the strip that house controls, you have the ones the ncr has on their own server, you have the ones that are underneath the legion, and even then with a strong enough emitter you possibly could use the even more powerful variant in the old world blues network, and even then with the mark 2 upgrade nothing to say one could not repair another damaged unit enough for the the unit to activate it’s own auto repair programming.

@@Drakrath the technically do if I remember correctly if you have neutral karma with the ncr or slightly low karma you bring the chip back to mister house after dealing with the legion depending on if you let Benny escape or kill him on the spot, any way.. you bring the chip to house and do the demonstration of the mark 2 and the moment that’s done and your free you get the “don’t tread on me” or something to that effect and if I remember it added a little notice about the securitron on the main strip have been updated but that the ones on the ncr private network aren’t, honestly if I remember they only have 1 securitron and that’s sitting in the monorail station on the strip.
@@TimeKillerGuy My favourite little detail is you can destroy the securitron with the western accent, and he will repeatedly pop back up along the events of the main story route before reaching the strip; it is surmised that it's the same robots personality on a different physical securitron. Yes Man is different so far as not being beholden to Mr House network. I may go play it again I've been stuck in cyrodiil lately
