I got the same machine but old besion I happy so far I had a wirpool for 15 year still work but was giving me problems ,now I notice this machines are disine to use les water my move the water like cascade so far my clothes are cleaned I love it
I got the same one except ending in 1ws anyways mine scared me during spin cycle it wasn’t walking but it shook a lot like in your video. I’ve never had one like this before so maybe it’s normal for it to shake like that ?
You know, with this floating tubs that have a direct drive motor, you never know what to expect. This cycle was obviously poorly balanced because I didn't throw towels to counterbalance the tub. My old Samsung would do the same thing. I will say this, my GE is usually quieter than my previous Samsung.
Frank thanks for the video. It's funny how some of the comments are telling you that your pillows wasn't clean, WoW! But my question is do you have to use the Tide HE Pods or will any Pod do? Also, I don't believe that there is a perfect washer or dryer. Everyone has their favorites and they all have flaws. Thanks.

They may last long, but they're not eternal, heck, nothing in this universe lasts forever. You have an amazing GE washer, it has a direct drive motor with a really good wash action. GE is another company that makes really good washing machines, they've been making washing machines for umpteen years👍. It's sad that some people will say silly stuff like that, if it was a " Speed Queen ", you'd get a bunch of " praise " for it.
You have to hold the deep fill button for 3 seconds, if you want it to fill up all the way. If you just press it quickly and not hold the button, it will fill up one level higher than the water level decided by the machine.

Michelle, the deep fill can practically fill 3/4 of the tub. But that's not what's going to wash your clothes, its the agitation of the clothes rubbing onto each other.
Just looking at the first 7 minutes, there's almost no water on the pillows. Also the 5 visible items never moved much from their original position Seriously?
Right this is the reason why I'm looking through videos now I thought mine was broken. Its doing the same thing. This is not cleaning clothes at all. I'm use to old school washers with a agitator and fast fast agitator with water 💧 over the clothes. This is not Good at all whats going on in the companies.
@@keepitsimple2209 the actual problem is he picked the wrong cycle, he should of use the bulky items cycle because that cycle fill all the way up to the top.
Nowadays GE are just designed by Chinese company called Haier, what a shame the quality are going terrible 🥴🤐. This one was not bad though because at least it has an improvement by using DD motor, however for me I will still stick for my 2016 Hitachi top load washer for myself and not these crap HE machines like Whirlpool Maytag or even GE etc despite not to be available in Vietnam that is my country I'm from. If those HE machines from America being imported to Vietnam to sell, imagine many people in Vietnam are getting angry after buying those and using at least 1 - 5 months, sometimes longer or shorter depend how the use and how they feel about lol 😂😂

Get the warranty involved. The direct drive motor has a 10yr warranty.

I really like my GE top loader too! Pretty soon itll mark 2 years that I have it. SO, I may do an updated review.

People are stupid, that polyester filling once it gets soaked sinks to the bottom of the pillowcase. Those pillows came out just fine. lol

Why didn't the washer fill up if it was set on deep fill?

Sure you can, just balance the tub with a few towels.

Because of the low water usage. There is a compartment dedicated to the pod to dissolve evenly over the clothes.
