Thank you! If you want to get this product I would recommend pre-ordering it. Patent pending has nothing to do with the salability of the product, it only means that we have a patent application in process with the USPTO for this product.
Do the resistance band hooks rotate on the bar? If so do they rotate independently or together?
Yes they rotate freely. They are independent of each other.
