Yes and on the other side IRAQ committed a lot of wars from 80s till the end of 90s so the iraqi’s army was completely consumed so USA found it an easy enemy

The Gulf War was so one-sided because of Iraq, ruled by a dude named Saddam Hussein invaded and conquered Kuwait in the 80s or 90s (Since i'm not sure) and because of this, everyone else turned their eyes towards Iraq and Saddam Hussein just got bonked hard as heck along with his army by Americans, Brits, Saudis, Kuwaiti rebels, and a lot more, thus freeing Kuwait and ending Hussein's rule and since Kuwait might just be rich in oil like it's Saudi Arabia, and is a part of the Arab League (I think) and some other stuff i may not know about, invading the land that Kuwaiti people do have would be like meeting death if you're not prepared by having weapons and stuff not being good for combat, and having the dudes that control and use them for war being unexperienced and not trained, and because of the Coalition forces against Iraq was huge in logistics and stuff useful in warfare, the empire you had trying to invade Kuwait successfully but had to fight the Coalition forces led by the US after that will have a bad time trying to survive on it's own.
Also, the Iraqis back then are in the Iraq-Iran War, tho in the 80s before the Iraqis tried to invade Kuwait, anyway
