War Machine didn't have repulser or wrist gun effects but spots for them as he's a repaint and Repack of the deluxe edition, which did come with all that and boot jet stands. they repainted to be animated style for retro card sale. but they wanted to make it different from deluxe so people still buy the deluxe so cut some effects out.
