What is also very nice to do is walk along the north side, we start at the red anchor and end at the lighthouse. It took me 7 hours with a group of 8 people. We start at 4 am with flashlights and the rising sun is the most beautiful thing to experience.
I just want to say thanks for your videos on Aruba. I'm 41 and have never been out of the US and have decided to finally take a trip with my wife and child on a Caribbean vacation. It's a lot of money for me, and I had to sell a few things to fund it (goodbye motorcycle, I'll miss you), but these videos have been such a huge help in finding the right place for us. I was originally going to do Atlantis Bahamas, but Aruba just seems like such a better fit and I wouldn't have found that out without these videos.
@@LucasWorldTravel Hunneeyyy - I love it! And I'm sure as with all things its a matter of finding the balance and then getting your soul to submit to that balance...lol. It takes time...I'm still trying to get it right and I've been living this current edition of my life for a good 20 years...lol
I’ve enjoyed your video. My friend from Medellin recommended that I watch Aruba since I would like to visit the Caribbean in the future. This island really looks beautiful & I will put it on my top list of Caribbean nations to visit. Thanks
I have not done much research on Aruba, but I am impressed with everything you can do there. We would have to spend some time at the donkey sanctuary 🥰 That rope swing looked so fun too! And you even found salsa 😁
Wow . We there in January. I now realized how much we have missed doing. Next year . It is an expensive island so I am curious to see how much you spent and if you have any suggestions on how to make it cheaper. We were there only 8 days and I honestly just wanted to be in the beach.
Really informative, me and my husband are considering Aruba as its only a hour away from Medellin. Are the general grocery store prices reasonable? Thanks!
Hi. I love Aruba. As an American I find it to be expensive in the supermarkets but the fish markets can be reasonable. Medellin is on the top of my vacation wish list.
In the grocery stores, brand names are very expensive but generic brands are more reasonable. Check out our full How Expensive is Aruba video for more! ua-cam.com/video/gO4yv4GKTxE/v-deo.html
@@trudytaylor7082 That's a good hint with the fish markets! Medellin food is really affordable, even healthy products are really cheap here. Transportation is really cheap and people are really nice! But it is a big city and can be dirty and poverty in the streets. Nonetheless, one of my favourite cities only because it's so affordable but the weather is great, eternal spring! I hope you can go soon and see it for yourself :-)
We still don't know. 2025 we're talking about spending a month in Malta, a month in Porto, and a month in Sicily to see if we want to settle down in one of those places. Until then we are happy being vagabonds. We're also enjoying spending a month in one stop. It's a much more relaxing way to travel.
Don’t waste your money. Your hotel beach is 100% better. Basically a water park that is subpar and beach area is crowded together. The flamingo beach was an up charge

As an Aruban I really love that you went through the effort to learn how to say all the location names with the proper local pronunciation. Well done!
Thanks so much! We try! I'm glad our effort was noticed!

Wow that’s really cool. What an incredible way to see the whole island. Thanks for sharing!

Great job per usual!!! Makes me want to visit Aruba again. Jay and I need to do some workcations...lol
Yes, we are loving the workcation thing. Although I think we do more cationing than working.

Yes, it's a small island but it really does have a lot to do! We officially see why it's so popular now.

Yes nothing’s wrong with just chilling at the beach. Hopefully, our next video will give you some ideas on how to do it cheaper.
Great video thank you. Do you know where you caught the red trolly tram from in Oranjestad ?

What about flemingo beach?? Have you not visit there?
No, we did not go there due to the expense but it would be another fun option.
