- This video will show you how to install the Head Hoggers Vibranuium bushing kit. This will work on the Harley M8 Bagger and is a great way to eliminate that play that all Harleys seem to have.
In this video I'll also explain why I haven't been around lately and why this is a great upgrade to have.
You can purchase the Bushing here:

Ron, I am very sorry for your loss.
Thank you for another great and helpful video.
Thank you Trea!
So sorry for your loss. I've been through a few myself. Retired LE from up in Michigan. I enjoy your videos, watch while I'm working out in my garage next to my Road Glide. You can tell the new pooch loves ya. Tells alot about someones character.
Thank you! Yeah he’s awesome. I can’t wait to retire lol
We are so happy that worked out for you! The housings can vary a tiny bit and it doesnt take much to make them a bit tight, thats why we recommend sanding the sahft if need be. Looks like you did a great job! Enjoy those nice smooth shifts! Thanks for the great video!
Glad to see your back man!! Had me wondering if you were!! Keep them coming man
You can’t get rid of me that easily 🤪
Great footage! I ordered the items for my RKS. Keep up the good work! 👍👍
Missed you Ron, welcome back. Sorry on your dogs passing, I know it sucks! New Pup is Cute looking especially the floppy ears. Cool Video .
Thank you Rafael!
Right on, good to see you back Ron! Condolences on the pooch, they’re more than pets, they’re fam. I’ll be looking into this mod. Cheers!
Thank you!
Love your dog. Same fix on my twin cam bagger.
Glad your back bro! Gos vid and I see that Ultracool!
Glad to be back 😄. I don’t think the ultra cool is working. The light never comes on.
looks like a big improvement just with dry shifting, I am definitely going with this upgrade. does it help with getting into neutral? Thanks for sharing. Love your new pup he is amazing !!!
I haven’t tried to see how it goes into neutral with this upgrade. With the Rekluse clutch I don’t need it anymore.
I still like to see neutral for safety. I already have the thrashin supply EZ shift inner arm lever, santorors shift lever without heel shifter and santoros adjustable lever. I am for sure doing this mod as soon as they get pullers in stock. the are out as of now. sake.@@RealRonTV
@@michaelpowers4452 sounds like a perfect addition!
Hello Ron, what is that you are using to mount your helmet against the wall I see that in so many of your videos can you do a video on? What are you using to mount your helmets? Enjoying your videos, UA-cam videos coming
Sounds like I’m doing a new video lol
Good to see you back. Looked like the heel shifter was hitting the floorboard?
It does just a little but after it shifts the gear
Hey glad that worked out for you! Beautiful bike by the way! 👍🏻😁
I had awesome tech support! 😎
😁👍🏻
Good video Ron. Hey, how are you liking the Ultracool OIl Cooler? It's been hot as balls in S. FL lately and wondering if it would be a good addition. I have the mighty mite love jug fans and the fan assisted oil cooler already. I think the bike may be running a little hotter because after the cam swap I probably have been getting more nuts with my throttle hand. By the way, the dog is hilarious. You should include him in all your videos LOL
Lol thank you. The love jugs don’t do anything so lose those. I’m not sure about the ultra cool yet. It doesn’t kick on. I’m gonna have to test the temperature to see if it’s over the limit or is my bike just running cooler because it reroutes the oil.
@@RealRonTV Yeah, I think the Ultracool kicks on at 210 degrees for the oil. I think there is a jumper that came with the kit that kicks the fans on to ensure you wired it right. I just ordered the FLO reusable oil filter that's supposed to drop the oil temps another 10 degrees. Let's see.
@@easyglider1307 yeah the jumper worked but still no activation. I’ll check the temp.
@@easyglider1307 I have the flo filter installed as well.
generally if you replace the shifter shaft and shifting leavers its a fix that will last years.
Harley uses steel leavers and they are to heavy to be bouncing all over without causing a problem. change the to aluminum .
After sanding the harley shaft and installing the new bushing, shifting is so smooth I'm not gonna mess with it now.
Here is a video tip.... Close the garage door and use a drop light to illuminate the work area.... Otherwise all that can be seen is a white background with black shadows on a black engine..
You need to clean the cases with sandpaper. That blushing should be able to push into place buy hand. Because you banging in place made the bushing get tight inside. Not good. You need clearance for heat will tighten it up. Factory bushing are far way better or bronze bushing custom make them reaming it to size
😮😂
