I tried to wait to film this video until I fully healed from the bronchitis and congestion I had, but I couldn’t wait any longer. It's literally one of those best videos I've seen on youtube!! I relate to this way too much! And really appreciate you for sharing this with all of us. I'm only 13 and I'm struggling a lot with acne. But this video has inspired me a lot! It taught me that it's not only about the physical appearances that you stop living a beautiful life. We really need to step up the game and love ourselves and have a healthy lifestyle! I really hope I will find some content that will help to heal up my acne fast. Lots of love from my side!

I experienced terrible teenage acne had a break from that with just occasional breakouts and now I have been dealing with hormonal acne in my 30s for the last few months. It is a terrible experience. I dont even want to go to work most days. I never expected my skin to be perfect because I usually have problem skin no matter what but now it is really bad again and I feel completely lost. It is a very hard place to be. Your story was very uplifting. Thanks!

I thought I would just take a peek at yet another acne story for just 5 mins and see the product that worked for her. I ended up extra focused on every word coming out of her... I felt like I was in her shoes while she was telling the story... It's very hard to be with someone you don't love and harder if it's the same person you see in the mirror every time. You know it's your body but you cant control what it does... that was a great deal of stress and anxiety... and nobody else actually healed you but yourself. Congratulations on that girl! I hope a lot of people will be enlightened by this. Great Job!

Wow...you SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOURSELF. This made me tear up. You are so BRAVE for doing this. It takes a lot of courage. You WILL help a lot of people with what you have shared. My son with special needs has bad acne, so I can relate as I am constantly searching for things to help him(alkaline products and water lately). Things and lessons happen when we least expect it. I’m a teen now and I have a bit of acne. Like just a few bumps. They’re not red though. I don’t wear makeup but I’m trying to find a moisturizer and serum that goes with my skin. I feel so sad thinking that I had acne and everyone in my class has clear skin. I feel like someone talks about me saying I don’t try but I do. But this year I’m trying even harder. And I’m actually improving

Why do doctors do that? Why do they make us feel like we are crazy? Its their job to help us figure it out! We pay them sooo much money for them to not help us! I had a similar incident
I’m sorry to hear that☹️ fortunately though not all doctors all like that. It’s just about finding the one who won’t give up and is determined to help you.
This made me incredibly emotional as I’ve experienced everything you mentioned.
One that I most resonated with was being cooped up in your house for so long, but once you have the courage to go outside it feels like heaven when the sun hits your skin.
I’ve been struggling with acne for as long as I could remember and I finally had the courage to go see a dermatologist. I’ve been on accutane for 4 months and my skin has never felt better. It feels so incredibly soft. I still have lots of scarring left but it’s slowly fading away. It gets me emotional thinking about how I’ve always wanted my skin to be like this.

My acne began at 9 years of age...I still break out, after 20 years... Two days ago, stress got to me and half of my face broke out. Someone told me it was just during my teens. I grew into my twenties and still have them.. I don't wear makeup (only on special occasions)..I went vegetarian for 12 years..only plant based milks...I don't drink soda, don't over-eat..It's a struggle to still have acne.

I have never related more to anyone like I am with you right now. Every single situation you described is what I went through all through HS and even into my twenties. There is comfort in knowing someone out there understands so thank you for being brave enough to share.

That self isolation just gets to a darker place, but sometimes that's the only reliable way to survive in the mean time (of figuring out your situation), or so we think.
I can totally relate to your story. So sorry that you had gone through all that trouble. And yes, doctors can also be cruel at times. One of the many doctors/dermatologist I visited as well, made me feel like my cystic adult acne was not a big deal. Like I was not a big deal. For such a high price per appointment, he didn't even stud up from his desk to check my skin. I felt so not taken seriously.
Your skin look beautiful! But yes, that radiance comes from the inside; your beautiful smile, your confidence, and your compromise to your mental and physical well been.

I cannot believe the doctor said that to you.
I had severe cystic acne too. Started at age 16. I cried everyday after school. I don't have any mirror in my room. I escaped school many days. I remember my mom said "your face is not clean anymore" and my late dad said to my mom "is she the only one with acne at school?"
It was sad that my mom didn't help me. At least your mom tried to help. One time, I tried product called NuSkin. But it just waste of money. Until one day, an old lady suggested me to go see a dermatologist. That old lady really a savior for me. The doctor prescribed me with isotretinoin. It helped to clear my face. But then my acne started to grow back again. And I went to new dermatologist. Went through isotretinoin again. Today, my skin is much better than back then. But now I'm struggling with acne scars. So yeah
You now have the most beautiful skin

I must said you are very brave to do this video, i understand the pain that you have experiences because myself also suffered from acne, but you know what it actually a good things just like you said your skin condition is the reflection telling you about what happened internally, your body is trying to tell you that you are focusing too much on your external self but had forgotten about your internal health. And because of that you had made changes that will beneficial for your life forever.

I know the situation was bad for you and you were nearing what sounds like a panic attack, but I'm SO relieved of how understanding your sister and father were in that situation. They knew you were under so much embarrassment and pain but didn't question your requests. You're very lucky if you have a great support system too.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I used to cry and cry about my severe cystic acne. I had many people point it out to me when it was at it’s worst. It made me feel so ugly. I remember watching your videos along with others trying to find the cure. I can truly say that mental and internal health are huge contributors to my skin appearance. I’ve changed my diet and try to say thank you at the end of each night for all the day’s positive aspects. I’m so so glad that you’ve reached such a pint of peace and freedom. ❤️

I use Banish for my boxcar scars. My biggest problem in the past has been that I'm not super consistent with it, otherwise I know they would be healed by now!
I seen where you had replied to a comment on your video about the Foreo that you were using African Black soap 8 months ago... what was your experience with that? I’ve been using it for maybe 3 months now and it’s cleared up my forehead completely which was my severe acne zone. Now I am breaking out on my chin and around my mouth. Is this stress?
