i have been looking for some lower body/butt workouts and was hesitant to try pilates (honestly, I don't really know the difference between pilates and just regular workouts) but I am very impressed with this video. i thought it would be some low effort work out, but upon doing it i found myself actually breaking a sweat so that was fun. also the lack of commentary during the video also helped bc i didn't get distracted. Overall, great video! I'm definitely checking out your other pilates videos!

@@blmnd9196 maybe a good 2-3 weeks? i was mainly using her workouts to get back into working out again after a vac, so if u want real" results, be a little more patient

I have spinal issues and I'll have to go under surgery in the future, so there are very few workouts I can actually do, even at the gym, lots of exercises (even the simple ones) or machines ended up causing me pain. One of the few things my body has been able to handle is your pilates workouts, Lidia

This was my first time doing this and it was pretty hard because i dont have a lot of muscle and is overweight. My face was drenced in sweat. Amazing workout but i think im doing most of the exercises wrong because most of them i feel in my thigh instend of my butt
