I don't live in Waikato, I don't necessarily want to live in a shed, I certainly don't have the toys to fill it. But this video was so excellently made i am now considering all of the above. Cool stuff mate!
People are dropping over 100k on tiny homes which depreciate. So you have some awesome options for the lower budgets and folks with skills who are motivated to do work themselves to save money.
Beautiful... I have an industrial section in Te Aroha on flood-prone land. Before I commit to putting a couple of shipping containers on-site, what experience have you had regarding red tape regarding flood-prone land? PS... thought I'd say it was a boat shed... (as it is right beside the river on Rolleston Street) Just not keen on paying extortionist prices for compliance fees...
Hi Peter, We have done lots of work on low lying and potential flood zones in the Waikato. It will depend on the soil conditions if you have to drive piles for the site or can build it up with fill. CES would be worth contacting as they are Te Aroha based and could give advice on what the council would expect. www.ces94.co.nz/ Cheers Jason

Well done! Too late for "Old Frats" like us, but a very appealing montage for the LifeStylers to drool over. 😊
Thanks Pete glad you liked it and hopefully helps lifestylers budget for whats involved into setting up on the land. Cheers Jason
Thanks you so much. The larger version looks so good.
Thanks for that glad to know you liked it. Cheers Jason
How come it's so much cheaper than standard residential homes?
Simple roof design so much quicker to build as well as cheaper cladding.
I take it you guys build in the bay of plenty aswell?
Yes we do we have done a fair few cool projects in the Bay 👍

Wish you were in Aus.
Thanks maybe one day. Where are you?
Things are bad when youve got live in a shed house price of land main reason
Debatable if you look at the quality of fitout that goes into the house part of these. Yes land is very expensive these days and often artifically so.
Land included
No land on top so very dependent on where you buy or if you own already
Great sh!t done right 😂
For Sure 👍
Shed not shit
