How do you get rid of wandering grass = once you've planted it? Some weeds are edible e.g. plantain, amaranth, hedge mustard, onion weed...

Nice shed. But why is it painted all black. Even though the colourbond may be Thermatech it still absorbs much more heat than a white or cream colour.

I have a 15 year old MS steel tube and I beam shed in the city that is now not needed, I am moving that to a forest farm house, Wish I had services like yours in my country, I will be tearing out and welding up the frame, its almost as big as this one, maybe bigger and the steel will need to be repainted. But once its done it will be a nice place to work with leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and other wildlife around

Things are bad when youve got live in a shed house price of land main reason
Debatable if you look at the quality of fitout that goes into the house part of these. Yes land is very expensive these days and often artifically so.

People are dropping over 100k on tiny homes which depreciate. So you have some awesome options for the lower budgets and folks with skills who are motivated to do work themselves to save money.

Two years is a shocking amount of time to build a shed. How come it took so long? Mind you, in Kaipara District it can take over 4 years to build a shed.
It took a few months to build the shed a couple of years dealing with council about flood plains and storm water. We got there in the end though 👍
