    Qué interesante esta tortilla, nunca la había visto. Acá en Panamá estamos acostumbradísimos a comer la clásica (le decimos torta española), mi abuela me la preparaba. Tengo que hacer esta con tuna y tapa!

    I've not had it with tuna salad. But have it it with saffron shrimp on top or bacon wrapped dates. Delicious!

    Very interesting. I've never heard of a potato tuna tortilla, but it looks deliciosa! I haven't made a tortilla de patatas in a long time, and I was amazed that you didn't use a lid at all during the cooking process. It made the tortilla and ingredients very soft and almost runny inside which looked yummy. ♥

    This is for people who don't need to worry about calories, or those who have given up! LOL Just made an onion Tortilla de Patata less than a week ago. Hum, maybe I can use avocado rather than mayo?

    @Spain on a Fork Hi Albert! Loved the vid! It's so cool to me that youre doing more fish (included) dishes like i requested for a couple of weeks ago. Ofcourse i can't know if it is cause i requested it (amongst all the vegan/vegatarin dishes wich were overtaking the geneal output of vids) or if its just a coincidence... but i LOVE IT!!! Thank for that anyway bro!!! Are there dishes with other kinds of fish than the salmon, cod, tuna or pulpo? or are those the main/most used in spain? Keep it up bro! Always a pleasure to watch and learn!

    Thanks for the video, I'd use add the tuna oil to the pan to cook the onions and potatoes, no reason for it to go to waste.

    • @m.a.m.m.4999
      @m.a.m.m.4999 Рік тому

      No, that olive oíl that the potatoes and onion have been cooked in can be reused for anything you cook , however if you add the oil from the tuna it will taint the taste and make everything taste fishy

    That looks amazing! I would have to use salmon or chicken as a substitute for tuna, as I am allergic.

    Piece of advice. Slide the omelet onto a plate and use another one on to to flip it before sliding it back in. Far less chance of a spill (believe me :). Ps. Could you use some of the tuna oil to cook/flavour the potatoes /omelet during the cooking process?

    • @mimosveta
      @mimosveta Рік тому +5

      thanks for the advice, and for your question, technically yes, but not advisable, it's gonna smell like mad, the bits of tuna are gonna burn fast, and before they burn, they will splatter all over the place - I tried >

    I don't agree with the tuna mayonnaise on top. I think you should have just added olive oil to the tuna and spread that on top. By the way, canned tuna has no omega 3

    • @TheMackirk
      @TheMackirk Рік тому

      Are you sure about the omega 3?

    • @thewisepowerchair2369
      @thewisepowerchair2369 Рік тому +1

      @@TheMackirk Yes. I read it on Google. It's due to the way that Tuna is compressed in the can.
