I'm so grateful to have friends in Ladysmith finally and I'm glad to have hosted them to a #NigerianFood tasting a while back. I made eba, okra soup, jollof rice, chicken, peppered gizzard, fried plantains, coleslaw, and zobo. My friends enjoyed every last bite of their food, especially the jollof rice.
