That's hilarious how, as a french, I understand exactly what he wants to say and how poorly it's done because he's thinking like a french, trying to transcribe our very own grammar and expressions. Feels like a giant google translation to me.
Hahahah I'm french as well and I completely agree with your statement. As far as I can remember, I was totally bilingual and fluent from a young age, living close to England also played a part in it.
I know this might be self-explanatory but native english speakers, especially from the US, find the french accent charming and delightful. Meanwhile, I absolutely can't get over the shame of it, I get the urge of hiding upon hearing it for some reason xD.
But as a french myself, I can fully understand how it came to be.
French does not have stresses on words outside the tone and intonations in the logic of a sentence.
(intonation in english tends to rise at the end of a question/sentence while it's the opposite in French).
Eventhough, both languages use pitch semantically on the tone part;
A french accent in english is really monotonous as stresses on words are not respected and thus the tone feels "flat".
It's basically someone who tries to speak english while keeping all the phonetics of the french language which is really interesting and feels quite different than most other countries trying to speak in english.

As a native English speaker it is very easy to understand what he's trying to say, but he does say it in a way that isn't quite right and that just brings a certain charm that you know what he means but he's kinda wrong and I love it

Who's managing this team? Cutting RPK. Terrible decision. Vitality were still playing well and reaching their full potential at the time. Picking up kyojin. Terrible decision. It's like picking up a college prospect and expecting them to play well in the nba. He doesn't look ready for top10 play. Not picking up Nivera. Terrible decision. On the maps nivera does play vitality looks like an entirely different team he adds firepower and a lot diversity. Sounds like shox is trying to justify their decision but I'm sure they could've worked with nivera to make the pieces fit. imo cut whoevers making the decisions. vitality top1.
