I have absolutely loved this series of you guys enjoying finnish Lapland and I truly wish you would come back to Finland during summer and perhaps stay here in the south, because especially during juhannus (midsummer night) our nature is in full bloom and everything is super green and all veggies are fresh and some berries are already ripe, the sun shines late into the night or doesn't go down at all... Yeah, it's totally the other side of the coin for the cold and dark winter wonderland you have now experienced.
We are so happy to hear you have been enjoying our Finnish travels!! We are hoping to come back in the summer and enjoy a totally different side of Finland! It sounds amazing. Thank you so much for watching and we hope you will keep enjoying our videos :) Happy Holidays🎄
Congratulations, you chose just about the best time of the year to visit Korouoma! Easy walking on the frozen ground without too much snow, no really sweat either 😉, no mosquitoes but frozen icefalls to look at. Have a wonderful time!
It is good to see and really heart warming to see that Finnish true beauty get you guys! 😍♥️ I am native finnish and sometimes/very often forget how amazing and beautiful country this is..😭😍 Have a nice journey where ever it takes you!♥️🇫🇮
I did that hike in in July and even if I recognize the place, it looks so different. All the waterfalls (except the last one you saw while climbing out of the canyon) were dry and it was just a calm river on the bottom of the ravine. I do recommend the place.
Seriously can't believe the reindeer were running alongside you! Yeah we were holding onto dear life to ropes just like that when we had to go down to see Morskie Oko... so we get how scary that can be! You guys nailed it! Will literally said "finish the hike" 2 seconds before Jacob did 😂
Looking really nice. Haven't been there this millennium. There were no paths or ropes when I used to hike and ski in the area. And the signs were sparse. But the scenery is as beautiful as it used to be.
6:56 they actually could be wolf tracks. A fox leaves one straight line of footprints and those didn't look like that. It could also be a wolverine if their size were like a small dog would make.
Closer to Wolverine tracks than wolf if it has to be a predator :D Never seen a wolf leave tracks like that in my life but maybe it was drunk and had a mutation like a 5th claw. Like it was carrying something like a stick so could be anyone from the otter family, they really like to play so.
Did you see any kuukkeli or Siberian jay in english while you were in Lapland? They are pretty friendly and not very scared of humans and aproach you easily especially if you have food to offer (at least the ones that I have ever seen). They are one of my favorite birds here in Finland and they are considered to be lucky birds for hunters in folklore and if you kill one you can say good bye to your hunting career.
not part of this video.. but have been checking on youtube videos about trips to Lapland from youtube noticed that you were captured in some british vlogger.. she was doing her vlog and noticed Jenny dashing to store on background when your luggage was lost :D
Hahaha that is awesome! I didn't know I was in the background of her video. We ended up talking to them the next day cause we saw each other with our big cameras lol! Thanks for watching friend!

@@JacobandJennyTravel my husband and I is planning to go end of November, seems like there are certain activities are dependent on the amount of snow fall… or maybe the temperature during that period. did you manage to do all the activities without being affected by the weather? Did you try ice climbing?
@@user-uk7wd5yj9q We went in December the year before this and there was definitely lots more snow and snow activities. So I would go in December if that is your main goal. However when we went in November we got to see the northern lights multiple times, since it wasn't snowing as much with cloud coverage. But none of the "snow" activities were available yet! I hope that helps :)

I think its kinda funny that lapland has more reindeer than people. to them its so normal, that why laponians love seeing foreigners reactions.
Hahaha that is awesome! We saw sooo much reindeer it was fun to just see them roaming around and not in fences! Thanks so much for watching :)
