i feel create pressured diamonds or something is more fun and more hard to do to make diamond farm, it involves of crafting coal and flint that then will turn into diamond with a very low rarity,then the failed diamond became rough diamond that unusable but can be recycled as a compound we made before to make the system rinse and repeating till its success
@@kindlebubbledump its additional mod called "Create: High Pressure" on modrinth(had to refind the mod since i forgot the name off lol) it works by Turning Charcoal/Coal into Graphite powder bt blasting then compacted to Graphite that then will be pressed with Mechanical press on Basin to make mostly Immpure Diamond with a rare change (forgot how rare) into diamond, the impure diamond then can be processed back into Graphite then start the loop edirt : i think your design can be readapted for that one machine
If you have create: Additional Recipes installed the recipe should be there. my guess is you have another mod, or the mod makers of the pack you're playing removed that crafting recipe for whatever reason
Everything works in the farm for me besides the charcoal being turned into charcoal blocks instead of coal but the mod allows the charcoal to be turned into coal but it just turns it into charcoal blocks whenever it goes through the mechanical press.
I have a problem with my farm. Built it the same way and used the same filters but there must be an issue.The cold press maked charcoal blocks like crazy but no coal blocks. Got 32 charcoal blocks in the basin and there they stay. The press doesn't move to compackt the charcoal blocks to coal blocks or the charcoal to coal. Where is my problem? Edit: Downloaded the Additional Recipes and still have no luck. Got coal clocks in the lava basin now and nothing happens. No recipe tells me that coal can make diamonds. What now?
do you have the recipe in JEI? make sure you have the required mods and it's showing up as a possible recpie. there's a chance your modpack removed that recipe
idk if its because of different versions or if i missed something in the video but i says i need 8100mb of lava in the basin for it to compress into diamonds, but the basin can only hold 1000mb. any idea on what i can do to change the recipe or something, or if you know what i need to change to fix this?
oh thats super strange! My guess is the mod version that you're using that added that recipe made a typo because as you said a basin can only hold 1000 mb of lava. idk how to change recipes, but there's prob a tutorial on how to change a modded recipe by editing the config vaules, you'll prob have to just change the 8100 to 1000 and it should work

I have everything working but the charcoal is getting compressed into charcoal blocks instead of the coal which then is compressed into coal blocks. I have all the mods that I need for this to work, and it does work every once in a while. I was wondering if there is a solution to this or not, maybe the basin has to fill completely up with charcoal blocks before the coal will be made into coal blocks? I appreciate any advice
hey! you have an additional modpack installed that adds that recipe. no problem, just add a list filter to the basin for coal and coal blocks and you should be good!

@@kindlebubbledump hello, it seems that the mod quark adds the charcoal block. After adding a filter, it didn't produce coal blocks. I disabled the charcoal block, but than I was unable to craft coal blocks out of charcoal. It just deleted the recipe. Do you know a way around it?

you might have the valkerian skies mod which has a bug that prevents funnels from picking up items when a fan is blowing them. you can either have the items drop on a depot and go into the basin that way, or setup a clutch/clock system to turn off the fan occasionally for the funnel to be able to pickup the blocks!
You have an additional crafting mod that creates charcoal blocks. You’ll need to set a list filter to coal and coal blocks and set the basins filter to that list
Can you make sure you have the Create: Additional Recipes mod installed? You can check your mods folder, or just see if you have the charcoal to coal recipe in JEI. Its 1.20 forge only
I've got a problem with the tree farm. Sometimes the farm stops working because the windmill bearing get replaced by a dirt block, I don't know what causes this but it happened few times already.
Uhhh. There’s nothing in the farm that could place a dirt block so idk how this could happen. Are you unloading the chunks in a weird way? Do you have optifine? Those are the only 2 things that I can think of that could be the issue. Do normal windmill bearings get replaced with dirt when not in the farm?
@kindlebubbledump I'm not using any chunkloader and no, I'm not using Optifine. I build the farm in the Prominence 2 RPG modpack and I'm using rich soil because of its properties. I noted when the oak tree is formed, if the wood overlaps with the terrain it stands, after the blades break it, that terrain becomes dirt. I tested it even with obsidian blocks, but they become dirt anyway. I tried with an open space filled with water and it's the same, dirt replace the water. It's strange because not a single block of rich soil is replaced by dirt, but only blocks different from dirt or similar.
Do you have the diamond recipe in JEI? If so is the press powered and as a final test can you make the diamond with the coal block and lava in a basin and see if it works outside the farm? If that does work break and replace everything in the diamond crafting part and see if that fixes it
@colbymeyer9187 a new update to additional recipes removed the diamond recipe. You’ll need to use an older version or switch to create ultimate factory!
no that recipe should be covered under the Create: Additional Recipes mod! I do think there are other mods that will let you craft this if you don't have the recipe
Do you have the valkerian skies mod installed? That prevents funnels from working properly (it’s a bug) you can either put a depot down for the funnel to pickup items from, or a belt. Either way it will prob increase the size of the farm by one block
is the funnel not picking up charcoal? you can try removing the filter (this will add normal logs to the basin but it should only add 16 which in the long run isn't too many)
the first brass funnel wont pick up the charcoal for some reason, i have the addon downloaded but I cant make it pick up the charcoal after burning the wood
You might have the valkerian skies mod installed. this will not let funnels with a filter pick up items off the ground. You can fix this by turning off the fan once every minute or 2 with a clutch and a redstone clock, or removing that mod.
What part doesn’t work? What is if doing/not doing that is unexpected. Have u looked in the comments and seen if anyone else is having the same issue as you

Do you have create additional recipes installed? I’d so it should work. Try breaking and replacing the bacon +press and make sure the press is being powered

The mod Create: Additional Recipes is required for those recipes, do you have that mod installed? if so there is probably another mod that removes those recipes. (if you can see the recipe in JEI then something else weird is happening so let me know)

If you have the create additional recipes mod, and the coal block > diamond recipe in JEI then it’s an issue with the press specifically. 1000 mB should work, is the press connected to power? And do you have coal blocks in that basin?
The farm does not work correctly for me. In the first pool, where coal blocks are actually produced, I get wood coal blocks. Do I need to make any adjustments?
It sounds like you have an additional mod or two that adds that recipe. I would create a list filter and add coal+coal blocks to the filter in the list and add that to the basin. That should now only make the two crafting recipes you need
That’s intended functionality cause a wood farm big enough to fully use the throughput that can be used would be massive. If you want to you could add an auto on/off switch when u get to a stack of wood, but that won’t do too much other than save you some SU when u don’t need the machine
You probably have another mod installed, if you set a list filter to only create coal and coal blocks and put that in the filter part for the basin, it should fix your issue

what if I also have the quark mod and it doesn't make diamonds it makes charcoal blocks and I tried haunting charcoal into coal based from goutros' diamond farm but it doesn't work for me what do I do?

in the video I have a purple item called a creative motor, thats the creative way to get enough stress units to power the farm. You can connect your generator to that part and it will work great! For a way to generate SU, in the base create there are 4 generation methods, water wheels, large water wheels, windmills and a steam engine. they all generate different amounts. I would look up a tutorial on create mod generation methods to learn more about them, but you'll need 1 or more of those to power this

Power: lowkey anything, but do what you have resources for, wood: water wheels, wool: windmill. Lava: easiest is prob a vanilla lava farm with pipes under the cauldron to take the lava out. Best is probably from the nether, or if you make your own 20x20x20 hole of lava, the game will count is as an infinite source so you’ll never need to farm lava again
do you have the charcoal>coal and coal block>diamond recipes in your JEI? if not, and you have Create: Ultimate Factory, then there's another mod/modpack config issue that's removing those recipes
@kindlebubbledump I have them but the press is just not doing it's job. Plus the charcoal doesn't really go into the basin, even tho I installed an extra fan for it. When it does tho, it will press into normal coal just fine
There are a lot of different ways, the way I did it in my survival series was make a 20x20x25 hole and fill the whole thing with lava. That is then considered an infinite source and will work forever. I made a video on it (it’s called “the hole”)
Its a mod called Create: Additional Recipes, but I think most modpacks have it as an option. I would check your modlists or if you have JEI, you can check for the recipe in there
I'm really bummed. Made this, connected infinite lava and then it wasn't doing anything so I came here and see that a mod was required and said mod does not work with fabric.... :( Otherwise it looks promising, gratz to those that get to use it.

you can set a list filter for the basin to only make coal and coal blocks. this will prevent the charcoal blocks being made
using create connected mod for fan catalyst will help u a lot if ur gonna plan using fans

You can! You’ll have to be very specific about the speeds since the 2 mechanical presses and encased fan take a lot of SU but it’s possible!

The additional recipes mod got changed to remove that recipe. You now need create ultimate factory (link in pinned comment) and then it should work!

There should be a 1 block gap between portable storage interfaces. they will only connect when the contraption is spinning

The mechanical presses are not working for me.
Make sure you have the necessary recipes in JEI. Double check the presses are connected to power and spinning.

You’ll need to power it with more SU. If you craft a stressometer it will tell you how many more SU you need to actually power the farm

How is the funnel collecting the charcoal, i followed tutorial and the fiest funnel doesnt collect the charcoal

I know a command if you want to fix black texture bugs. I did it on my chests, now it's corrected

Worth a shot. Do you have the coal block to diamond recipe in your JEI? it’s possible you have another mod that removes the recipe for some reason

The mod Create: Additional Recipes is required for those recipes, do you have that mod installed? if so there is probably another mod that removes those recipes. (if you can see the recipe in JEI then something else weird is happening so let me know)
how are you able to see the block info? like how much charcoal is in there or how much coal is in the basin

@@kindlebubbledump Thx and btw i finished building the farm, but it doesnt turn the coal into coalblocks, when i put coalblocks in it turns them into diamonds witch works but the press doesnt turn the coal into coal blocks automatically, i also tried filtering the basin with coal blocks but that doesnt even make charcoal into coal lol but could u pls help, and i also have the addon installed
@emrehackt hmmm weird. It might be worth trying to add 1 more basin to press the coal on its own into coal blocks. Not sure why it wouldn’t be working. Also Do you have the pressing recipe to turn coal into coal blocks?
@@kindlebubbledump i tried that vut i dont know how to connect it to the basin for the diamonds like i dont find a way to connect them since everything has like already a path so its a bit hard to find a path, maybe i could try to make the basin for the diamonds more out so i have more space, but thanks for the help

in my build the press isn't pressing i think the reason is because the lava is 1000 mB ? can you help me fix it?
If you have the create additional recipes mod, and the coal block > diamond recipe in JEI then it’s an issue with the press specifically. 1000 mB should work, is the press connected to power? And do you have coal blocks in that basin?

Yea! The only limiter would be lag but 20 should be good
I'd like to see a version of this made for PneumaticCraft: Repressurized, simply because I have no experience with that mod.

The farm does not work correctly for me.
In the first pool, where coal blocks are actually produced, I get wood coal blocks.
Do I need to make any adjustments?
It sounds like you have an additional mod or two that adds that recipe. I would create a list filter and add coal+coal blocks to the filter in the list and add that to the basin. That should now only make the two crafting recipes you need

I put the list filter on the basin but it didn’t work for me only make charcoal now and without list filter it make charcoal charcoal blocks ..
I used a steam engine to power this and it was processing the diamonds so fast the wood farm couldn't keep up, any tips on how to help
That’s intended functionality cause a wood farm big enough to fully use the throughput that can be used would be massive. If you want to you could add an auto on/off switch when u get to a stack of wood, but that won’t do too much other than save you some SU when u don’t need the machine

Crops and saplings need light to grow i think so if you haven't lit up the place that's probably why

You might not have the corrrect crafting recipe/mod? You need Create: Additional Recipes

You probably have another mod installed, if you set a list filter to only create coal and coal blocks and put that in the filter part for the basin, it should fix your issue

Those are creative only blocks, but if you replace them with a lava farm (or infinite lava source) and rotational power then it will work

It uses the mod Create: Additional Recipes. This mod is usually in create mod packs, but check your mods folder for it to make sure

@ do you have the valkerian skies mod installed? There’s a bug with that mod that prevents funnels from picking up blocks when a fan is blowing on them. You’ll have to start a clock that turns off the fan periodically

I am pretty much new to Create mod, I don't know how to generate 5,000 stress units. And if I manage to generate that amount of Su, where do i connect it? Im sorry if i sound dumb, I dont know how things work in create mod

in the video I have a purple item called a creative motor, thats the creative way to get enough stress units to power the farm. You can connect your generator to that part and it will work great!
For a way to generate SU, in the base create there are 4 generation methods, water wheels, large water wheels, windmills and a steam engine. they all generate different amounts. I would look up a tutorial on create mod generation methods to learn more about them, but you'll need 1 or more of those to power this
U can use a crap ton of large water wheels. Thats the easiest and cheapest.
For some reason the fan is pulling instead of pushing
Are all the belts moving the correct way? My guess is you’ll need to invert the rotation direction
@@kindlebubbledump i fixed the belts with gear shift but only the fan is the problem
@spit782 replace the vertical gearbox behind the fan and the vertical gearbox below that one with 2 encased chain drives. That should fix the issue

Maybe? I would try it in a creative world first to check. As long as you have the charcoal>coal, coal block>diamond recipe then it should work!
Im having trouble where my charcoal is not being picked up... Do you know what the problem could be?
Try putting a depo where the smooth stone block is. The charcoal will land on that, then be picked up by the funnel

best way to power and get lava?
Power: lowkey anything, but do what you have resources for, wood: water wheels, wool: windmill.
Lava: easiest is prob a vanilla lava farm with pipes under the cauldron to take the lava out. Best is probably from the nether, or if you make your own 20x20x20 hole of lava, the game will count is as an infinite source so you’ll never need to farm lava again

Doesn't work. Even with the extra mods. The coal blocks and the lava wont get pressed into diamonds.

@kindlebubbledump I have them but the press is just not doing it's job. Plus the charcoal doesn't really go into the basin, even tho I installed an extra fan for it. When it does tho, it will press into normal coal just fine
Hi! How can I make an infinite source of lava?
There are a lot of different ways, the way I did it in my survival series was make a 20x20x25 hole and fill the whole thing with lava. That is then considered an infinite source and will work forever. I made a video on it (it’s called “the hole”)

Its a mod called Create: Additional Recipes, but I think most modpacks have it as an option. I would check your modlists or if you have JEI, you can check for the recipe in there

I'm really bummed. Made this, connected infinite lava and then it wasn't doing anything so I came here and see that a mod was required and said mod does not work with fabric.... :(

Invert the fan to push and not pull. A gearbox will invert the spin of a shaft and vise versa!
