Just re-did the 24min tabata yesterday.
It was super cool and inspiring to watch you kick butt in this video! I watched the whole thing. At 17:26, when you shifted your weight to your legs, it took things to a whole new level. After that, your determination to power through the fatigue was clear. And you nailed the ending at 22:56! You were clearly tired, but every kick was on point.Congratulations!!!!
This was tough after a long vacation :D Love it!

Unbelievable! Doubt I can make it to 500 on my first several attempts. Going to start with 100 kicks and make my way to 500 over time.

do a 700 side kick challenge. 100 stomach high side kicks off front forward leg, 100 stomach high sidekick off rear leg, 200 side step side kick, 100 spinning side kick, 50 jumping side kicks. 50 low then high side kick. 500 head high side kicks, 50 low, medium, high strength side kicks.
Great challenge I enjoyed it.

hey guys, those of you who don't have ankle weights or are too lazy (or broke) to get them, i found that tying a blanket or towel around the ankles works just right. find a big but thin blanket, or small but heavy towel. you can even tie them around your arms while practicing uke or punching

I wonder: Isn't Kansetsu Geri just Yoko Geri Kekomi in Gedan position? Would you say that's correct or can you explain the difference please?
I also think that Kansetsu Geri is similar to Yoko Geri gedan. But I will ask a friend who is practising Goju Ryu Karate

Your keage especially to the left side need some attention/practise. No fence, its the hardest kick for me also and I try to train prioritazing my weakest link which is keage (especially right side for me).
