There are so many victims who are cheated by this builder, we all have given our blood and flush in form of money and running behind this scammer. It is very important to sign a contract with the builder detailing the specifications.Client should take effort to specify brand of electrical wire,tiles,plumbing fixtures,paint quality,wood specs for doors and windows,structural approval from qualified architect/civil engineer,RCC steel rod specs,cement brand,sand sieving etc.If you cannot spend time on this then rather buy apartment from a reputed builder.

Am a builder myself and I know the pain you go through. It has been consistent with a few big builders now giving false advertisement like this, have heard that he is doing things like that but didn’t know it was this severe. Also never go for someone who says they can build it for less money.

Never & ever build house in interlock brick it is not safe & strong , leaky, Shakey ,easily demolished but not strong. construction of building should be along with cement mortor for safe & strong structure for long life for safety . People are misguiding by the use of interlock brick to save money but not safe ., use with jointing materials for safety& strong structure in future .

as per RERA ACT , the builder is liable for structural defect for a period of 5 years from the date of construction...pls approach your nearby district court you will recover your amount with interest ...pls dont hestitate to go its your hard earned money , court will ensure to recover even by seizing the builders property . Contact some genuine advocate and Dont agree for compensation outside court since you have possibility to claim 100% too in court.

I contacted instyle they tld they ll charge 7000/- fr a draft plan and 3 changes r allowed. I contacted siva builder's too. At tat time he ws conatructing a building in Mogappair. I tld i want to see d site. He tld ll call me bck but never did. Seeing yr circumstances friend i ws saved by Baba. I feel so sorry fr you. Being so brave u hv all d proof. I am a civil engineer with 20 years experience, I’ve not seen this kind of worst construction anywhere. Did you check his qualifications? Most people never check the builders actual constructions and see their projects. You better consult a structural engineer and check the structure as I can see many horizontal cracks

Sir most of the builders are not registered, we had similar issue with a builder and we found his issue when he constructed water sump. It started to leak and of no use. We stopped and I should have posted a video like this..glad this sister has posted a video. Half constructed home cannot be handed over to other people.

She explained it. they didn't want to change the contractor midway since it will cost double the money. Best thing to do is buy all the material yourself and hire a contractor to do the work by SQ ft labour cost. Not daily wages not the whole contract.

It is very important to sign a contract with the builder detailing the specifications.Client should take effort to specify brand of electrical wire,tiles,plumbing fixtures,paint quality,wood specs for doors and windows,structural approval from qualified architect/civil engineer,RCC steel rod specs,cement brand,sand sieving etc.If you cannot spend time on this then rather buy apartment from a reputed builder.

Am a builder myself and I know the pain you go through. It has been consistent with a few big builders now giving false advertisement like this, have heard that he is doing things like that but didn’t know it was this severe. Also never go for someone who says they can build it for less money.
And because of people like siva it’s hard to get clients that trusts us younger people for our good work.
Thats the real issue ..because of people like siva,we never trust any builder and instead never go for building and just happy with empty land
Even for the cost 2000 rs per sqft builder not serving people.

Very poor quality of construction. I feel sad , when a person is cheated like this. I am also surprised when the same builder is putting videos in youtube showing his work with lot of influencers giving nice comments.
Never & ever build house in interlock brick it is not safe & strong , leaky, Shakey ,easily demolished but not strong. construction of building should be along with cement mortor for safe & strong structure for long life for safety . People are misguiding by the use of interlock brick to save money but not safe ., use with jointing materials for safety& strong structure in future .

as per RERA ACT , the builder is liable for structural defect for a period of 5 years from the date of construction...pls approach your nearby district court you will recover your amount with interest ...pls dont hestitate to go its your hard earned money , court will ensure to recover even by seizing the builders property . I am a civil engineer with 20 years experience, I’ve not seen this kind of worst construction anywhere. Did you check his qualifications? Most people never check the builders actual constructions and see their projects. You better consult a structural engineer and check the structure as I can see many horizontal cracks

Sir most of the builders are not registered, we had similar issue with a builder and we found his issue when he constructed water sump. It started to leak and of no use. We stopped and I should have posted a video like this..glad this sister has posted a video. Half constructed home cannot be handed over to other people.

She explained it. they didn't want to change the contractor midway since it will cost double the money.
Best thing to do is buy all the material yourself and hire a contractor to do the work by SQ ft labour cost. Not daily wages not the whole contract.
Never ever agree to build something on daily labour basis, they will do 1 day work in 3 days and you will have to pay 3 days of labour.
You should raise a complaint and petition too. House is a dream for middle class low class people. Need to sue him

Even if u go to consumer court u don't know when u get d judgement. That's thereason why these frauds r surviving. The way u handled this by putting this Vedio is good. Atleast u can save others from this fraudster. Anyway u approach the court since we dnt hve any other alternate this. Hope u will get the relief from d court.
