You must understand that many of these countries have not been free of colonization much more than 100 years. The depressive mindset may take centuries to free themselves of . Colonizers did not teach education it wasn't for the colonizers best interest. This is many have work as a priority before education. As more black Americans become weaved into the structure educationally in business it will fast-track the country in areas that needs more competitive on a global scale. 🌄🦍
