      When you try a lot of criminal cases, you get a sense of body language and speech that only the pressure cooker of a witness stand can produce. It becomes easily obvious when someone is lying ot telling the truth by how they say something, not what they say.

      Generally speaking, when dealing with archival materials you’re better off using your bare hands. Handling an item with gloves reduces tactile sensation of the object and can result in inadvertent damage.

      @@joshvoyles7870 spot on. I've held items from 1820s in this way, far older and more risky than this. Thoroughly washed hands is pretty much a rule for this now but as you say, far more control and less risk using uncovered hands.

    She needed to learn the word ALLEGED.. Unless there was a Secret Trial that she's privy to, Oswald, as far as I know, was never convicted in a Court of Law for killing JFK or Tippet!! Oswald's family can Sue them for Slandering his name..

      @@todoroki2134 Yes, Agent Greer, knowing he was surrounded by witnesses and people filming him, turned into the faces of a carful of passengers inches away, shot Kennedy in the face, and then blamed Oswald for it. lol
      Oswald, of course, has an avalanche of hard evidence for his guilt.

      More is seen now that it is better to have thoroughly washed your hands to handle objects than wear gloves as it means you have more control on the item with less risk of damaging the item using gloves. I've held book items from the 1820s in this way which are far less stable due to their age.

    An old Russian rifle that snipers had told that it was impossible to reload and keep a moving target in sight, beside that Oswald was not a bull eye. Experts say that a same model rifle was used but it was modified to semi automatic and a real sniper was the shooter. Oswald was sacrifice lamb. He shot his rifle to make it looks that it was the weapon.

      CE-399 is a lie.
      They took more fragments from Connelly’s wrist than is missing from the “single bullet”
      The handling and firing of that particular weapon will vary from shooter to shooter.

      Film was in custody, secured, processed, copied, distributed and viewed by investigators and media representatives way too fast to have been altered.

    I am not an expert on hand writing, but you can clearly see , that 2 different hand writing is going on here, i believe it's either Marinas handwriting & why i think that is because back then in the USSR, you did not have a normal ball point pen, but a fountain pen. Which you can see also different things or items written down don't match up at all, it is normally every letter is always written in the same way, especially the Y's, Numbers, G's etc etc.
    Also they don't mention anything about the 2 rifles they have & that they are both the same type of rifle, but 1 is longer than the other & also the FBI put metal shims under the scope just to make it accurate to test fire, which i believe they used that reason, then to say here's the bullets that were recovered from inside the car.

    0:31 One of the clearest images I've ever seen of the single bullet, putting the lie to the claims made by many authors that the bullet was "nearly pristine." Actually it's not even close to pristine; the base of the bullet is severely flattened.

    I just saw the account of retired Parkland Hospital nurse Phyllis J. Hall's account ("JFK Shooting Witness: Nurse recalls day president Kennedy was Shot in Dallas.)"of the arrival of JFK where she says she saw the bullet laying on the gurney next to the President. (@ 2:07 of her interview)

    Try to microscopically analyze and photograph the bullet and shell casing evidence to identify every identifying initial scratched into the metal. For example, there's a controversy over whether CE399 has SS Agent Elmer Todd's initials scratched into it.

      Archival technicians touch objects with their bare hands because gloves reduce tactile sensation, which can result in damage accidentally being done. Protocols are in place at most conservation institutes regarding hands being thoroughly cleaned before handling, however gloves are rarely if ever used.

    I sometimes have a bit of morbid humor when I discuss this event with others. I tell them that no one even bothered to tell me about it; at that point in my life, all I cared about was me; I didn't care about what happened to the president. And just when I get that "How can you be so heartless" look, I say when one is only two months old, that would be understanding and maybe even forgivable!!

      That`s a question many people ask. After reading about that era, I think he kept his mouth shut because any serious investigation would expose certain unflattering facts about the JFK administration,such as attempts by the US government to assasinate foreign leaders during that time. He was protecting his brother`s legacy.Perhaps one of the reasons RFK ran for president in 68 was because,if elected, he could use the powers of the presidency to get the truth while not exposeing embarrising information.
