Got my DRL and turn signals to work. How’d you get the brake light to work?

Is there any way to fix the led if damaged ? I had bought two pairs from amazon but after 2 or 3 months the led chips wear out, i dont want to buy every other 2 months so really want to know if there's any way to repair them
