Have had mine for about a year now. Aligning the latches was a little bit of a pain but worth it. Lowered my on track temps buy 15-20 degress according to my datalogging. I run it in rain, snow, carwash and no big deal. Love it!

I thought waster was an issue, you're saying no issues at all with water getting in those places? Like the water that does happen to get in isn't an issue?
Yes..another isf owner with this hood.Runs his car thru the car wash with no problems .others leave the cars outside rain and snow no problem...I wouldnt recommend doing those things ,but doesn't seem to affect anything at all ..hape this helps...thank you for the support on channel..👍 like and subscribe.

@@samiboost404 Bought one. I don think you mentioned it in your video but what did you do abouth your washer fluid hoses/nozzles? I read in a few spots that the hood doesnt come with pre drilled holes for them
@homelessbaby2768 good question I wouldn't know how to answer it..I didn't put the washers in on mine...I don't use them .. didn't even look into it . when you figure it out please comment back tks

I got the hood and the roof, very good quality work, hardest part was bending the pins to align with latches but other than that install was easy, all carbon fiber no fiberglass, I also had mine forged carbon on the inner side of the hood , I love it 👌👌👌

Finally got my hood in an having a hell of a time getting the angle for the hood latch to line up on the frame of the car. Not to mention the very tight space trying to get the latch screw/bolt even in with the headlight in the way. how did you install them? Did you have to weld or drill anything on the frame to align it?
Hi...Cut one inch off the latch bolts....and trim the inside of the hood latch a bit.... enough that bolts will slide through.

Worth it hands down....not flimsy at all very stiff (full high quality carbon)...it's $2300-2400.. shipped with tax . looks even better in real life...carbon has depth.plus its automotive fully cleared..it's a higher quality hood...at a lower price point compared to all others..it's the best option...

Some isf guys that have this hood say they go thru car wash regularly without problems..so shouldn't be a problem..
I've had mine for about a year now. In snow, rain and touchless carwashes. No issues.
