I hope Jin's brother contiues the mods story, since i would love to see it finished, honestly. Maybe all the way to Jiren, but that'll have to take awhile.. But for now, what will Riku do when the series is over, do over but with a Frieza race character?
Also, to remove the majin mark, i think you have to die, or go to King Kai to get rid of it.

The reason Jin did what he did because he made it compatible with custom npc so multiplayer servers can make there own story

Since the series is almost at a end you could do a roleplay on xenoverse about this with mods so you can do t.o.p arc sort of

You could use custom NPC to make a episode for each extra transformation
You can install an addon for all the dragon ball super series. The God forms there are already in the game
After you done with he story you can do the side mission like for myself and get stronger and even get god form!
There is an addon for this that adds a lot more content.
