If you want to increase the cap limit, you have to go into the settings of the mod to configure the max, so if you truly want to get all of your skills at max, then do that.
All of your stats are capped at 500, so i suggest you configure that.
Unlocked Potenial is equal to SSJ3- just that it has no ki drain. I think you can combine it with Kaioken and Super Saiyan, though im not sure.
bro download mods to fight movie villains and each time u do use one of the newer transformations (like mystic,ssg,ssb,ssj4 and ui), im sure i speak for everyone here that we will watch all of them 👌

You can put the max stats up to 100k in configs
I think its too late to say it but in the configuration files you can increase the limit of the stats to 100000
I would love to see you reach SS Blue and Ultra Instinct, Rikudou. Keep training over and over and you could reach the forms!

You can edit the max stats up to 100k in the configs and also make it do forms give boost beyond the max limit

Rikoudou the bar on the right means advantage in health left advantage in KI blue bar means stronger orange weaker bigger bar bigger difference
If you press z you can lock on now that you upgraded your ki sense

I love this dragon block C series, sad that the story in DBC is about to end, wish they add super all the way to the last saga, the survival arc
The mod author was planning on adding more to the story but unfortunately he passed away.
You can actually get all those outfits
Also the orange means he is stronger(longer the orange the bigger the par) and if it blue then it's the opposite
if you go to the worlds folder and find jinryuujrmcore you can raise the level cap for all the stats

the first owner died in 2018 (i think), so the game wasn't updated for a while, his brother did say he would continue the mod but idk if he did

If you don't remember, king kai actually gives you ultra instinct for like 50k tp so maybe before the series is over you can try to get it/ use it
late but when u train go to 5% stand in heal water hit with ur fist put max weight on, then lock on and start auto clicking
thats how u get the most tp in vanilla

the bright red (That can come in bright purple and blue) is his ki the dark red is his health and orange things are his stamina :P
i think you can raise the max level for your stats from 500 to whatever
Here's a tip I'll tell you how to turn into a super Saiyan 4 first transform into a Golden ape then charged up to the next form

What mods do you use?
Here is a tip there are 2 secret Mobs you can fight in the mod but you have to use commands to summon them. /dbcspawn Golden Freeza for golden Freiza and /dbcspawn Beerus for beerus trust me it works try it in a test world if you dont believe me
Can you turn into oozaru, golden oozaru, mystic, golden oozaru kaioken×20, ssj4, lssj3, lssj4, ssg, ssgkk ( super saiyan god kaioken ) ssb, ssbkk×20, ssr, ssbe, ssre, ultra instinct

for the Attribute max u just need to go to .minecraft > config > jinryuujrmcore. there is all options that u can set, the attributes max too
