You have to understand that the reason your stamina goes down so fast is because its not about con, its about your strength/con ratio. It must be a ratio of 1 strength 3 con to be really efficient

Riku you should put lava around the entire corner of the stage, add mountains on the actual stage and put blocks on the stage, make the walls very high so it can have the green sky

When ur in certen forms they drain stamina faster in place of doing more damage and when u get hit I think it uses a lil stamina as well

If you need any help with using UI (in the future if you do grab it)
You have to be (i think) 5 percent, I think you can go to full power, but i think 5 percent is the good one if you want to stay in the form. Your hp has to be low, too, i think 20 - 10 percent for HP.

I'm pretty sure you could had just downloaded a TOP Map or commission one Cause this is what you could do... Create a blank map with the day and night cycle turned off and left at night then Create a Cross 64 x 64 then add in some blocky curves then work on the bottom while having a couple of friend's or fan's build the tower and stand's...also love the Vid's! Maybe you could do Kaioken Ui next episode...?

This might sound a little harsh, but while you're fighting the enemies from Tournament of Power Saga, the difficulty should automatically go to Hardcore. Why? Because it deletes your world if you die. It would mimic the grim fate of those who lose the tournament - you'd get erased.
