Beautiful scenery! While I am sure you were tired, it was a neat experience.

Do the research yourself and you'll find the answer to your last question.

That's a pretty harsh judgement. My opinion is that when you become raw, it's like finding the magic secret that is right in front of everyone, but no-one seems to be able to see. It's natural to want to shout it from the roof tops. Sure, you can be "healthy" on cooked food, but you will never reach that place of perfect health and vitality that a 100% raw food lifestyle can bring. I think Tim is just trying to help other people feel as great as he does. Why hit him below the belt like that?

I have been watching you for a while...and you seem like someone who is trying to convince everyone else that going raw is great. but i have a feeling that ur lonely and ur only keeping ur-self so busy cus ur lonely. I think u maybe one of those people that has invested so much into something that they can't bring themselves out of it and therefore try their best to bring everyone else into it. U can be healthy and eat cooked food too...no?

I don't disagree and i have done some research. You can't deny that there are VERY healthy people out there that eat cooked food. What I want to know is what DEGREE is raw better than cooked..?? Everything else being equal Raw =, let's say, 9/10 for feeling healthy and cooked is???..3/10..4/10...I don't think it is that far away from a raw food diet, if of course you eat and cook the right stuff...
