do not use any lubricants. In the ATE system calipers, these elements should be replaced when replacing every second set of brake pads with the recommendation to replace the caliper retaining spring

The steps that needs to be executed to replace the brakes and pads are the same. If the same discs and pads will fit, please check it on a site like (for example) autodoc or mister-auto.
