Only issue with these PCs is the Power Supply Unit (PSU). In this case, it only has 180 Watts, most GPUs require more wattage. Please research on the GPU and power requirements - make sure your PSU can support the GPU.
Thermal design of this isn't ideal for that application, that's the problem. You're better off to purchase your own case, design on this one looks like its meant to be an office productivity machine.

You got me thinking about getting one of those small PCs and swapping a GPU with 6GB for my boy to game on it.
