Honestly, I am super food aware too. And watching Kristy have a bite of food, and be like oh yum, okay I'm done has helped me enjoy food SO MUCH MORE. I'm less afraid of trying a piece of cake and then trying to off set it by doing 90 minutes of cardio the next day, and my body feels and looks so much better. She definitely is a good role model.

The only way to enter into the kingdom of God is by trusting in Jesus alone. Religious people will not go to heaven. Religion is false faith. Getting to heaven has nothing to do with whether we sin or not. I sin every day, but I have real security in Jesus dying to fulfill the law, and that it was His death and resurrection that forgave all my sins.
Do not listen to heretics that say getting to heaven requires works for salvation. They have no love through Jesus!

For 50k I think you guys should have a "cheat day" where you guys eat whatever you want without counting calories until you edit the video. You could have a Kristie score and an Erik score, not that it would be a competition, it would just be cool to know. You guys could still eat your normal healthy meals, but try to eat a little extra junk and maybe try some things that you've never tried before. Just a full day vlogging everything you guys do! :D

Another great video as always ;) I was thinking but maybe instead of a "cheat day" like everyone wants you to do why dont you and Kristi do a "cheat meal"? Have kristi make her favorite meal and you make your favorite meal? Even better you should have it themed(childhood favorite, favorite dessert, favorite savory etc) that way it's not overdoing it, just an idea :)

Tell me about it. It's got to be all the pot heads. I like cannabis content, but I don't use cannabis to get high. I'm one of the few that actually uses it for medicine. I use other herbs, too, and I very rarely use pharmaceuticals. They are poisons.
