I own a Browning Ultra XS Pro and it's brilliant. If you can't shoot well with it, guaranteed it's down to you, not the gun. Tremendous value for money - especially used - and the 32" barrel version is far smoother and easier than most other 30" guns. Peerless.
Glad those are your choices. No argument from me as both are excellent products. However, assuming there are 50,000,000 shotgunners around the world (a guess), I would bet you'd get 49,999,999 different opinions on this.
I have a 2004 Ultra XS, it doesn’t have an adjustable stock but I fitted an Inflex recoil pad and I never notice recoil, it’s just an amazing gun (30”)
I don’t own a Browning XS Pro but do own and have used tones of Browning shotguns. I would agree they represent good value for money and would happily recommend them. Having said that I do own a current generation Blaser F3 Competition Sporting and cannot compare this to the Browning. It’s build quality, design, modularity, wear and-tear, handling etc is right up there with the more premium quality thoroughbred designs in that price bracket.
@@THEHOLYNERF tgs favouring beretta???? As for longthorne he was sponsored by them and had one, go count the videos they have done on longthorne vs how many on yildiz florent has done
I own and shoot a Browning 725 Sporter and am perfectly happy with it but the Caesar Guerini Summit Ascent and Invictus Ascent both just seem to fly to the shoulder and handle just so sweetly. My shooting partner lets me shoot his K-80 occasionally and it’s nice but not nice enough for me to part with the money he paid for his. I’m surprised you didn’t have the Miroku as at least one of your favs!
Fabarm Elos N2 RS sporting (all arounder) and (showoff gun) CG INVICTUS IX ASCENT sporting. And no I'm not thinking CG is a step to the side, it is step to the very top! :D
I bought a matched pair of 32 inch Perazzi MX8 SC3's in 2012, had them teague choked, they only weigh 8 lb 2 oz, I use Gamebore 32 gram diamond shot 4's full and full choke and they will kill at 100 yards. I absolutey love them. Those Blasers are lovely though.
I'v had a Browning Superpossed since my Mom gave it to me in 1970's. Smooth break, no forcing to open nor close. Hurts whe some one unused snaps it shut. Tryed several others and you need force to open or close, It's a 26" I/C - Mod. Should I need extra range, can easily get a used 28" in Dif Choke for about 2000$, Not to long ago someone was selling one with Brilley chokes for 1800$. Didn't have the money
I would and did buy a near mint 63yr old B25 special trap and 4 cases of shells and I’m still only in for 2k US. Brilliant clay gun and it’s hand made. 👍🏼
Just sold an MK38 and bought the Blaser F3 and love it. Can't knock the MK at all brilliant piece of kit. Blaser is super nice and good value second hand purchase. Handles superb top quality and not may folks own them. It breaks targets with quarter and quarter fine for me at longer targets too. I have 12 chokes just not experimented yet as I've not needed to.
So this might be a stupid question, but I need help I think. You say that that’s the new version of the Citori XS, but on Browning’s website, there is no XS model at all. Confused.
It's about feel. Put it this way, I prefer Brownings (525 LH 32 Adjustable Sporter). The way the site picture "ramps up" for me is superior too the Beretta Style (I can never get my eyes or face mashed down hard enough to see the proper sight picture). I see way to many gun snobs on the field, thinking the gun is the reason they break clays. I look at it this way, can I shoot a 25 any better with a DT-11 than I can with a less than half the cost Browning?
Soooo, if you like a Browning, you can pay double the price of the Browning for a gun that shoots like a Browning ... think I'd settle for the Browning XS.
Just for your information you shoot too much1 we can't see the clays 2 you know wot its like to shoot don't need to shoot 6/8 cartridges. Wasting time on description of gun. Just saying David.
Nice vid Yes I agree with last comment I'm surprised you didn't mention the miroku, and you made me laugh when you said they have no recoil what so ever 🙂
Slightly off topic but, can anyone shed light on how long it is currently taking for Thames Vally Police to issue shotgun certificates please? Thanks in advance !
Thank you're lucky stars that you don't live up North. My Grant Application has been in with my local Police Force for x170 working days now and still no sign of or a forecast for when I should expect to see my licence. And seemingly there is absolutely nothing you can do to influence it. Pretty poor show TBH.
I'd love to know how to get a shotgun license. Med report went off over 18 months ago and only now have I been informed there is one tick missing for them to proceed. Dorset licensing team is not for for purpose! The whole procedure has been soul destroying. I've literally given up!
@@kevinedge9824 Don't give up, this is exactly what they want you to do. I am convinced Licensing departments have been told to delay things deliberately as the powers that be do not want us to own or use guns
David said "Both of these guns have no recoil whatsoever". What a load of twaddle from someone in the gun trade who should know better. Every gun has recoil, albeit in varying amounts. Is he trying to alter the laws of physics?
Excellent choices! I can't agree more. We're talking about two of my favorite pantzer guns. Strong, reliable, well made and fun to shoot. All these past decades they've made a reputation in the hands of numerous shooters (amateurs and pros) all around the 🌎 that none can make any second thoughts about them! By all means they're made to last!
Personally I would rather have a Miroku MK38 G3 with adjustable combe for approx £2700 far better value
My 3800 g3 teagued cost £700 25 years ago now worth £800 .good enough for me to win a couple of championships😮
Shooting invisible clays again
Yes but I like the camera searching for them
Go to settings and change playback speed @ 0.25 x It shows them up pretty good. Also makes David sound like he’s had a few pints 😂
He can see thise right targets well before its over the tubes
@@rimski7265maybe he even makes some sense then also 🤔
Mine would be an old English sidelock ejector from the three big London makers
Agreed. You should get one!
I have one of the early F3’s no intention of changing, best gun I have shot.

The right gun for u is the gun that fits you, that's all the confidence a person needs
Thanks for having me

Not surprising the sponsor guns, was waiting for yildiz to be mentioned
And TGS don’t favour Beretta or Longthorne at all? Seriously bore off.

Keep an eye for how fast guerinis get loose. I’ve owned 5 different models and they’re meh at best. YMMV
Browning Pro Sport. Excellent.
G5 Miroku for me
Yeldiz Pro is a fine shooter. I absolutely love mine.

The 2 guns might be better and have everything , but you still have to hit the clay whatever gun you shoot with..
I have the Beretta X-trap 692. Also, the semi auto, and cheaper side I have the Beretta Urika 391 Teknys Gold. Love them both.
Great video!! Curious What would your 2 picks be for a game gun??
So this might be a stupid question, but I need help I think. You say that that’s the new version of the Citori XS, but on Browning’s website, there is no XS model at all. Confused.
The one thst fits me its so simple

Sorry, all of my guns are for hunting. I shoot them for Target/trap etc to stay sharp for Hunting
Why are you sorry?
why don't you take that barrel sticker of get a heat gun !
Yeh , I took them off my guns with hot water 🤙😎
I agree all my shot guns are tools for all my hunting and clays and upland birds.
I have a beretta 682 gold that I love
Little sad you didn’t pick a side by side!
Bet he says Yildiz and Blaser before watching the video
I was WRONG
;)
I think that many of us want to know your opinion on cross eye dominance :) and how to deal with that from your point of view :)
Do you sell the f3 at the oxford gun company
utra xs pro is top draw with lots of extras hard to beat £
Anyone used the Beretta GelTek at all?
Soooo, if you like a Browning, you can pay double the price of the Browning for a gun that shoots like a Browning ... think I'd settle for the Browning XS.
We are in Brisbane Australia, we watch your shows religiously, think your content is awsome, Max and Wendy.
That´s just sad. The only good thing is that if you ever get to experience a good coach you will be amazed with the difference.
My advise to anyone in the market for a clays gun. Buy the best you can afford & spend your money once!
Caeser Gurini Invictus
I’m a little sad you didn’t kick side-by-side
Just for your information you shoot too much1 we can't see the clays 2 you know wot its like to shoot don't need to shoot 6/8 cartridges. Wasting time on description of gun. Just saying David.
Exactly right he must get shells for nothing ,better talking about the stupid prices got.👍
@Jolly56Roger I think its an excuse to fire a few off cause its no benefit to the viewer LOL
I'd rather my 2nd hand Krieghoff than either of the guns
Nice vid

agreed, i own them both!!!!!!!!!

Blaser F3 all day!
Now I know why I stopped watching this channel, same old same old
Blazer, not worth the money, The Browning Will outlive it. And it shots better.. Even my B725 sporter2 shots better, than the Blazer
Yep Mr Harry 👌Had one once got rid kicked lick a mule. got an XS Pro now love it .
Pretty easy one for me MX2000 and a Benelli M2
Good choice!
We own 2 blasers
Excellent choices!
I can't agree more.

The Blaser will not last very long....rifles as shotguns are absolute bullshit for people with money and no style. Sorry for that.
Blaser
invisible clays again
vids are getting desperate, posting stuff for the sake of it now....
