Congratulations Mica!! I have learned about you recently, after you won the 5k and 10k race in the Peruvian National Championship. You are truly an inspiration for all Peruvian people. thank you!! i would recommend trying waterproof mascara and using a setting spray to lock it all in at the end. i also used a lipstain in this video to give me a bit of color !

The key post injury is to run a comfortable 5K when you did long intervals 3 days before. When you want too peak and you shorten the interval length while increasing the pace way below race pace you will easily go sub 15:30. The reason your 5K in this race was not a surprise is because a person running a 32:30 10K PR is normally running between 15:00 and 15:30. The type of interval training and tempo runs can affect that upward or downward. I do hope you plan on at least one race where you taper down to peakbut this late in indoor it is best to train thru indoor and peak in outdoor. Good luck.
The bloating might be from the barebells! I noticed I get bloating from them, and I think it's because they use sugar alcohols. Try cutting sugar alcohols from your diet!
