    Met him back in 85 during the "lost years" when his career was on the floor. Had a long chat with him about Manchester in the 70's, Joy Division and Nico because he was a lot more accessible back then and keen for a free place to crash after a gig.

      I bumped into him outside his gig in Edinburgh in 1980. He immediately started talking to me like we were old friends. Fifteen years later I saw him sitting alone on a central line tube heading out to Essex, so I went over to him and we picked up where we left off before. Such a nice, genuine guy.

      I was staying in his late cousin's house in Holland. His name was Dennis Sidney Reah.. but he changed it into *Paul Reah* .
