I just bought a little ginkgo tree and would like to plant it, but Texas is about to start warming up (90 degree plus) should I keep it potted until fall? Or can I go ahead and plant it and keep it well watered? Thank you!
Better to plant imo but I would slowly get it acclimated to light if it’s been in shade

Ginkgo biloba is the botanical name. Ginkgo is the common name. ‘Grindstone’ is the cultivar name
