Using aluminum foil to fix rust?

The right way and the wrong way to use aluminum foil when restoring a car.
NOTE: If you have Bondo embedded into rust, you can burn it out with a torch.

Aluminum foil, duct tape, window screen, spray foam. I’ve seen all kinds of stuff used to fill or cover rust. …. Bondo and paint make me the body man I ain’t …. Lol

Did they use to sell that back in 90 s that aluminum foil tape for doing bondo work

I have glued my metal patches over the top... And use fiberglass drywall tape. A thin skim of , 5-minute epoxy... I'm ready to start spreading Bondo....

Good god lol ,,, yip I've seen pumice jambed in and bogged over ,,, I guess it fills the gap
