    It is a lot more beautiful than a Staccato for sure. I always hated the STI/Staccato uses polymer grips and trigger. The only thing I would change on the TWC is the trigger should be skeletonized

    The "smooth" area on the grip actually feels like some kind of micro texture. Almost like 1000 grit sandpaper. It actually does stay very secure in your hand.

    Don’t have a staccato p but I do have a c2 and recently picked up this twc. I just got through 250 rds and I love this more than the c2. No issues with the grip. It’s a lot grippier than one might expect. Never shot the p tho.

    How accurate is it? I have a cz S2C and that is an ACCURATE compact pistol and find it hard to buy a pistol that cost more if it’s not as accurate. So just curious

    • @EchoDelta2A
      @EchoDelta2A  7 місяців тому +1

      I love the S2C, and indeed it's an accurate gun but the difference between the two won't be accuracy. You're either a Shadow guy or 2011 guy. The grip and ergos are extremely different. Build quality isn't close. The TWC is a more polished gun, hence the price difference. That said, I'm more of a CZ guy myself when it comes to shootability and accuracy. I just appreciate the quality and design of a double-stack 1911. If I was forced to own only one, I'd pick the CZ. But I would hate the world if I couldn't have both 😜.

      😂. Love that analogy. TBH, I didn't have the greatest of experiences with the JG. Extractor was shit from the get go. That said, it was an easy fix and it's a beautiful gun. I'd still buy one again, and I still prefer the aluminum grip over the polymer one of a Staccato.

    • @EchoDelta2A
      @EchoDelta2A  16 днів тому

      To be honest, I still think the Staccatos are more full proof. If you're thinking of carrying, I wouldn't even think twice. Staccato all day. The JG is a great work in progress but needs some fine tuning and more in house manufacturing. They use a lot of small parts that aren't turned to their gun.

  • @roguemodel
    @roguemodel 7 місяців тому

    People do not think. Do not carry an expensive gun. If you were to pull and fire to protect yourself or someone else the police would confiscate your gun for evidence. If you are found liable you lose the gun. If you commit a crime during, lets say jaywalking, you lose the pistol. Even if you are cleared you must petition the DA or police to have your property returned.

    • @EchoDelta2A
      @EchoDelta2A  7 місяців тому +1

      I agree, but what's "expensive" is subjective. $2,500 may be peanuts to some but may sound expensive to you or me. Hell, $500 may sound expensive to either of us. It all comes down to what you define as "expensive."

      I want the best weapon I can have when my life is on the line - that’s why my EDC options are customized - stippled, decent optics, brass backstrap, etc.
      If I have to use it then keeping it will be the least of my worries
      If it’s justified I’ll get it back
