I´ve had my Lynk & Co 01 for two weeks and I love it. Yesterday me and my family drove 82,5 km on one charge! It was a 41,25 km drive from one side of Stockholm to the other side, to my stepfather´s home, and the exact same way back a couple of hours later. It was 16°C outside on the way there and 13°C on the way back. The AC was off, since the temperature in the car was perfect anyway. The car was in D mode. The trip there took around 45 minutes and the trip back took 40 minutes (less traffic). That´s an average speed of approximately just under 60 km/h (37 mph). Impressive! I bet that the 01 can do upwards 90 km in city driving only.
UPDATE: I set a new range record with our Lync &Co 01 a couple of days ago (in June -22): 86,7 km on one charge. The trip (and the passengers) was the exact same as described above, except for that I forgot my video camera at home and had to turn to go back and get it. So trip was a little longer this time. The temperature was a little warmer this day, 21°C on the way there and around 13°C on the way back
UPDATE2: During my summer holiday (July -22) I drove 89 km on one charge on mostly country roads (50 - 80 km/h) with only some City driving, in 24°C outside temperature and the AC mostly off. The AC lowers the range pretty much, especially in it´s coldest settings, so when it´s very warm outside (and in the car) and I go on longer trips (and want to maximize the electric range) I usually drive with the windows down for a couple of minutes (to ventilate the cabin and get rid of most of the warm air) then cool the cabin with the AC for a couple of minutes and then finally turn the AC off and use the fan on high level instead. This gives the car at least 10, maybe even up to 20, km´s extra range. 🙂

That's very useful and as close as possible to the real life scenario. Congrats and thanks for sharing this. There is something that I can't find on internet. What is the benzine & electricity usage for 100Km in hybrid mode? I am interested in this especially if I go on a long trip, will I use more benzine to "carry" with me the weight of the battery and electric engine?
I've been stuck with whether to buy lynk&co or UNI-K for while now. I've seen many user reviews on both cars but I think u've totally sold this car well to me. My minds made up now. Thanks a lot.

This is the week 2 of my renting 01 and I have to admit as a petrol-head that I am very impressed with the performance and comfort of this car besides lots of gadgets.

The power gap around 95 km/h is not an error, but just the way it is designed. During this time, the gear changes a couple steps at once, which just takes a little while. A software update will not be able to solve this, so it`s a thing you have to accept when driving in pure mode. When driving in normal "Hybrid" mode, you usually don`t notice it because you`re using the gasoline engine when quickly accelerating on the highway.
The XC40 Has the exact same thing, as it has the same gearbox design.

Indeed, this was confirmed by Lynk&co, there is a gear shift change from the 2nd to the 4th. This is the reason of the acceleration pause.

Hi! Can you schedule the charge within the car so it will charge at night?
When you go in regeneration mode B, do you know if the brake lights come on when you release the accelerator pedal and regenerate/brake? 🤔

How much time we have to charge, can we leave it all the night, what happens if it’s fully charged and we still leave the plug ?
I know this is late, but how does the range compare with AC/heating activated? or does that automatically activate the engine?

My Lynk can barely do 55km with mixed used and 100km/h max speed. It has only done one full battery cycle. I hope it gets better once the car is run in (it only has 100km).

Depends on the speed of course. But, I average between 5.5/6l per 100km (110km/h). But as I do mostly electric kms, that’s not really a reliable figure for me as I need to experience it more. 😄
Hallo Thom. Ik ben benieuwd hoe het is gesteld met de batterij degradatie. Ik weet b.v. dat die van een Outlander echt heel slecht is. Na 2 jaar haal je nog maar 80-85% van je range. Hoe is dat bij de Lynk & Co? Weet jij dat?

Sure will Thomas! But so far it’s a pretty nice system, sounds good. But if you go very loud the music kind of disappears and is just lots of noise without tones which gives me a headache 😂 But for normal use it is more than sufficient! (I do prefer the Harman Kardon in my XC40)..
I got this as a temporary car because mine (Tesla 3) is in the garage for painting. I also noticed that throttle at 95km/h. 1 year later they still haven’t fixed it. Very dangerous.
Im really curious about battery deteriation on the lync and co. Everything seems fine at the beginning. But how long until you need a new battery/new car.
The Volvo V60 D6 is a good reference example to Google I guess.
What is the status during these cold days now in the NL?
Just received the car, but with a full battery it went quick from 65 +- to 45 +- with a max of 10 km drive.
All related to the cold weather or what is your experience.

Just had a drive in one last weekend and got about 45km on the battery. Strongly depends on the route, conditions and driving style. Make sure to try out different driving styles and also the AC/heater in Eco mode!
Na lange tijd zoeken toch maar overwogen om eens een 01 aan te schaffen nu heb ik echter wel 1 vraag waar ik weinig antwoord op kan vinden wat bedoelen jullie dat je alleen ventilatie op kan zetten op afstand of als hij ingeplugd is? Dat kan ik even niet volgen bedoel je dan dat de airco niet werkt of begrijp ik iets verkeerd 😅😅 als iemand hier het antwoord op weet hoor ik het graag wat ermee bedoeld word thnx alvast
Denk je dat dit rijbereik ook zo mogelijk zijn bij constante snelheden van 120 km (woon in België ) ? Springt de benzinemotor soms bij als er stevig geaccelereerd wordt ? Werkt de deel app reeds in Nederland? Want in België naar mijn weten nog niet. Mijn Lynk en co wordt trouwens ook deze week geleverd en heb ook voor zwart gekozen ipv blauw :) .
Ik vrees dat het bereik rond de 120km/h wat sneller afneemt. Rond de 100-110km/h range is de aandrijving het ‘zuinigste’ in combinatie met hogere snelheid. De benzine motor springt bij mij niet bij tijdens wat stevigere acceleratie, ik kom prima mee met de elektrische motor (ook in de spits). De deel app werkt hier, maar ik hoor/zie eigenaren die er behoorlijk moeite mee hebben door bugs e.d. Dat kan nog wat beter dus met software updates. 😅 Veel plezier met de 01, gaat helemaal goed komen verwacht ik! 😎
@@thom-lov nu al paar dagen met de wagen gereden en alle modi eens uitgeprobeerd en moet zeggen dat de pure modus heel goed werkt. Je komt inderdaad heel vlot mee in puur elektrische modus . Rijd jij voornamelijk in B of D stand ? Ik vind de B stand wel niet zo aangenaam om te rijden . Wat ik verder ook vervelend vindt is dat je de ventilatie enkel Vanop afstand kan aanzetten als de wagen ingeplugd is . Is dit bij jou ook het geval ? Verder werkt bij mij de journey camera voorlopig niet . Wat toch wel handig zou zijn bij vooruit inparkeren. Want door de hoge dagrijlichten vind ik de voorkant weinig overzichtelijk dus vaak heb je geen idee hoe ver je van een object geparkeerd staat zonder camera. De stof van de zetels wordt ook vrij warm bij warme buitentemperaturen . Voor het comfort zouden de velgen van mij ook best maatje kleiner mogen zijn . Hij is niet oncomfortabel, maar hou wel van een auto die wat zweeft over de weg. Verder wel prachtige auto en zeker een koppendraaier. Mooier dan de xc40 in mijn opinie . CAR guide in de app staat wel nog niet op hoogte . Kofferdeksel hoogte resetten enz vind ik er niet in terug. Weet jij trouwens hoe dit moet? :)
Lekker he die 01! 😎 Ik rij vooral in B mode, dan remt 'ie vaak voldoende af dat ik niet zelf hoef te remmen, erg relaxt al zeg ik zelf. Inderdaad het inpluggen om ventilatie te krijgen is wat irritant, ook bij Volvo zelf is de standkachel verleden tijd en moet je perse stekkeren om te kunnen pre-conditioneren. Duurzame tijd leven we in he... 😉 Velgen staan hem goed maar geven soms een wat harde demping terug, wel beter dan m'n XC40 R-design moet ik zeggen (die is hard...). De zwarte hier wordt ook goed warm als de zon erop staat, in sommige videos moet ik tussendoor ff de AC aanzetten om niet in zweten uit te breken... Tis een warm hok 😂 Volgensmij moet je de knop ingedrukt houden voor de achterklep.. (of ik vergis mij met de Tesla's, wellicht kan je het eens testen?) Veel veilige KM's! 😁

Hi Marc, tussen de 6 en 7 liter per 100km zit ik zelf aan. Veelal spits verkeer. Best zuinig dus voor zo’n zware PIH.

Dankje! 😃 Kosten zijn +/- €3.50 per lading van bijna leeg naar 100%. In dit geval 17.4 kw/h dus. Gedaan aan een normaal stopcontact in de daluren snachts. Grts,
Maximaal 17,4 kWh maal de kosten per kWh die jij zelf in je energiecontract hebt staan. Of die van de laadpaal exploitant en dan ook telkens x 17,4 ;-)

The guy that delivered my 01 didnt recommand to drive in B mode. He said that the car should consume more fuel. Thoughts? Thx!!
I would agree with that. Regen-modes are more for comfort (one-pedal) and not for efficiency!
That’s interesting! Didn’t hear of that before, would assume the mode is there to increase efficiency. As far as I have experienced so far I would say driving in B increased my E range over hybrid mode. But that could be a placebo effect as well 🤔 I’m gonna look into this a bit further, thanks for the comment/question! 👍🏻🙋🏼♂️
That shouldn't be possible (in Pure mode). The only thing it does is give back energy to the battery. The petrol engine is turned off so it can't consume fuel.
@@matthewvvl Even in hybrid mode the petrol engine is not working all the time as long as there is still juce in the battery. I only drive in b-mode and like it a lot. Though you have to get used to it ;-)

About 7.5 hours to a full charge. 😎

The charging time varies depending on the situation. To what extent the battery is completely empty and whether it is charged via a domestic power outlet or at a charging station.
Assume a completely empty battery. At a charging station (16A) or upgraded home supplied with 3*25A, the average charging time is 4.5 hours. Through a house socket (10A) the charging time can be more than 7 hours.

Yes you can charge the battery whilst driving. Theres an option where you can select to drive on petrol only and meanwhile have the battery charged by the petrol engine! :-) Cheers,

Yes 81 km is very good, but the battery in the lynk Co 01 is almost twice as big as the competitors. So not that imoressive overall

Wat was de temperatuur buiten tijdens deze test?
Gezien dit 2 jaar geleden is, gok ik, rond de 15 graden.
Heb ook een proefritje gedaan met deze wagen en dat beviel me over de hele lijn. Eén onbegrijpelijk ergerlijk ding toch : de navigatiestem ! Denk niet dat je die kan veranderen...? Maar is het een oplossing om dan via android auto met wave of google maps te navigeren (gewoon al om dat stemmetjes kwijt te zijn) ?
De auto heeft Android Auto en Car Play. Dus alternatieven genoeg.
Goed he, die 01! 😎 Inderdaad die stem is waardeloos... Ik heb zelf altijd Apple Carplay aan dus heb weinig te maken met het systeem van de auto. Wellicht is dat wat voor je? 😊
