I spent 17 years looking for this song... I just listen this song once or twice when I was 13 or 14 old and just remembered the harmonica (I didn't speak English). Very times I looked for it, tonight I finally find and worthed effort ... Beautifull song, Thanks for the post!!

I fell in love with a French girl in university, she had a steady boyfriend, we became really good friends and had a great 4 months but then she had to return to France.Before she left, she gave me her journal so that I can write her a farewell note, I wrote the lyrics of this song.She had already understood that I had so desperately fallen in love with her but these lyrics were my official love confession. After she left I couldn't listen to this song for a long time.Now whenever I listen to this I feel this warm gratitude and mellow familiarity filled with nostalgia.

Diego Farías absolutely agreed! I just found out this gem! It’s beautiful, sweet, but melancholic and a with a little desperation and regrets as well. It’s lightly, but makes me feel a little sad and nostalgic. Listening with no-stopping in 2018.

I heard this song back in the day and didn't think much of it. Almost 20 years later i'm listening to it again and i am amazed at the amazing production, the lyrics and general beautiful musicianship. Man the Cardigans were really amazing. Too bad we only consider their general, well known hits, because their later music is amazing

I am listening to all The Cardigans songs in 2018 because Nina is the best singer songwriter in the world EVER and she has the most beautiful voice EVER and The Cardigans is the best rock band EVER existed and i really can't get enough of all their beautiful songs.

When PASTE magazine was still available they had a CD inside. It was about $10 back then off the shelf. There were a lot of songs/bands on the CD. This was one of them. Love her ending vocal.

Nina Persson's timbre is unmistakably lovely.
This is the theme song for the girl I loved the most, back when I had the priviledge to allow myself to love someone. It was transcendental. This was the song it was playing on MTV when my alarm clock was my TV. On that same week, I introduced this to her and she told me she had been looking for that song the entire week, after hearing it off the credits for a movie she'd loved. Sadly, we're apart back then and we're still apart now.
