"Time Is Now" was the lead-off single from Moloko's third LP "Things To Make And Do". Released in March 2000 it hit number 2 in the UK singles chart. It was nominated for Best British Video and Single at the 2001 Brit Awards. The track also features in Grand Theft Auto V (Non Stop Pop Channel) and was used extensively on Sky Sports' 2004 English Premier League football coverage.

IMO, this song is Moloko's masterpiece . Those 4 little piano notes starting after the middle of the song and running softly to the end are totally modifying the mood making it melancholic . It's pure genius .

This bass player, like the one in the Bulgarian group Ревю or Revu doing Zakuska,

the instrument as opposed to just slapping and popping the thing
like a four to six string drum set. I have played bass for decades and
this guy sounds excellent to me. The whole band is excellent. Their
