This meal is gonna buy me 25- 50 lb buckets we r about to have another lockdown in the States. Vegan bacon,vegan cheesemaking smoked apple cheddar. Oh yes you hve blessed my heart.

Hii thanks for asking. The all purpose season entails the different spices such as garlic powder, Coriander, celery, parsley, salt ,basil, sage, Onion powder. A brand that you can use is Goya- Adobo others out there. U basically seasoning the lentil so that it will be tasty similar to how u season your meat to get that rich flavor. Hello Rachel, thank u for your comments. You can bake at 160 degree Celsius because you want inside to bake well unless u will taste the raw oats. Also paint the patties with olive oil before baking. I lost the check of time when I was baking mine because I was busy cooking other stuff at the same time, so I would advice you to start checking on the patties after the first 15 minutes to see if they are ready. The only hot spice in it is the pepper which u don't have to use. You can only use a boullion cube and the vegetables if u want if you want to keep it simple and don't want it spicy. Please let me know if that is of any help to you love. I really appreciate your kind support for my channel love.

Hi dear sorry to hear that! Did you follow the video while making yours? Did you add oatmeal to yours as a binder? If the lentils never drain properly you can still add oats to it, no set amount once you get it the consistency I showed in the video. Even if the lentils don't drain properly if you put the raw oats in it as shown in the video the dry oats will absorbed the excess fluids and if you think the lentils mixture is too dry you can add a little of liquid to it as I stated in the video. Did you ensure the oil is hot!!? If you put the patties in the oil and it's cold or warm it will absorbed the oil but if it's hot that's the trick and I have stated that in the video. I hope you can give it a try again and see if you follow the steps I point out above. This time I know you will get it right.
