Everyone after Doflamingo feels like weak shit even with their obvious strengths. Doflamingo was the most intimidating and scariest character in One piece for me. Everyone else after that feels lame, even the Yonkos, although they were obviously stronger. They just never happen to strike the same suspense and intimidation that Doffy did so I just never take them seriously.
He'll have allies...Kaidou is on a level above admirals....Hell an old as fuck WB was beating the shit out of magma fist.... It should also be pointed out Luffy had massive plot armor...I mean a fodder gladiator announcer saves Luffy and out runs Doflamingo, who is incredibly fast. The fodder fucks trying to hold Doflamingo, all got killed almost instantly...and Doflamingo should have easily caught Luffy in about 5 seconds after killing the fodder. Plot Armor OP!
his crew probably isn´t, they were pretty underwhelming aside from Vergo...but doflamingo is definetely stronger than luffy for now, that´s pretty obvious

I'm sorry but I have to point this out. You used great music, scrapped the original background very well and had the lines come through clear...and then you start your own text with "a guy"? Donquixote Doflamingo is not "a guy", he is "a man". He once was "a boy". But if you try to come across as serious, describing a past...don't use slang or dialect, no matter how common the phrasing has become. You can do that in comedy (it works well, especially if the subject is supposed to be just your average joe) but not if you want something to be taken seriously. When you go to explain Romeo and Juliet it's not "A dude meets this chick he's hot for, but his bros let him know she's from the wrong side of town". You want Doflamingo to be taken as a serious threat, don't make him just "a guy".
