1. Apply the drop shadow effect. Set softness to 20
2. Duplicate the drop shadow effect and set softness to 80.
3. Apply the Glow Effect and change to Saw Tooth B - A
4. Duplicate glow, set Threshold to 75% and glow radius to 90
5. Lastly, apply the CC Radial Blur effect and increase the amount.
