My wife and I once stayed there and and ate the Degustation menu 4 evenings in a row. The final evening, Bernard cooked personally for us off-menu as a salut.......lovely times. We have been back a couple of times since to pay respects to his wife, who has kept the tradition alive.
😊 ❤ we cry always his death... I am sure about your experience. A great man. And for you, i see, one great remembering. 😊 cooool. Thanks for your comment. Lovely.
Look at Bernard go.. Always passionate and energetic! Such a great chef to watch. His untimely death highlights the IMMENSE pressure of being at the top of the game in a very unforgiving industry for so long.
« Loiseau ... c’est la cuisine à l’eau » I didn’t know this sentence. First time I ever hear it. However he puts a big piece of cold butter in his reduction of red wine sauce. Where are the parsley, croutons and mushrooms for his Oeufs Meurette ?

Cold butter goes into a risotto at the end. It has to be cold. Anyone knows this.
Ramsey is an Hollywood drama queen, for raw experience see Bernard Loiseau and you will feel the passion and the centuries knowledge. Oui oui.
